Andrew was amazing! Got my pool going for under 100 dollars this season! (We were shocked because we hadn't winterized very well) I emailed him a picture and he knew exactly what part I needed and had it in stock!

Today we got amazing customer service while at Namco in Salem Nh. Andrew was personable and knowledgeable as he helped us navigate the many options of patio furniture. We asked many questions, Andrew answered each one with confidence and expertise. We are extremely happy and excited to pick up our newly purchased items. We will be going back to pick up accessories soon.

I am so happy with the Salem, NH Namco. I spoke with Andrew on the phone and asked if there was a particular patio on display. That was great as most patio furniture is not on display in stores. I was not willing to buy online. Andrew was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. I would highly recommend this store and Andrew. Great quality and pricing. Thank You Thank You Andrew Fortin @ Namco Salem NH for your amazing service I stopped at Namco because I was shopping around for a Hot Tub . From day one Andrew explained everything with details, all the different hot tubs, pricing, maintenance, …. I checked other stores but Namco had the best price and the BEST customer service. After I purchased the Hot Tub I was told it was going to take about 3 weeks to get it, but it only took just over a week!!! Talking about under promise and over deliver. I’m so happy that I got my jacuzzi delivered on my birthday.

I would like to Thank Shawn and Andrew over at the Salem NH Namco Pools. They both are beyond awesome and have been extremely helpful over the years with buying supplies for our pool. Namco is lucky to have these gentlemen working for them! I would highly recommend going to see them for any of your pool/ hot tub needs.

Needed an adaptor to fit a high pressure hose. Carl, the store manager, helped me with several options. We both agreed that there were potential problems with the adaptors they had. Instead of trying to sell me a new ($100) hose, Carl took the time to look through some older part boxes he had out back. After a few minutes he came out with the exact part I needed! Carl - Thank your the time and the service you provided.

I always find just what I need and then some, recently purchased beautiful windchimes, nice selection at 50% off end of summer sale. I have an outdoor sectional bought several years back and still functions and looks like new. Competitive pricing and good quality. And my pool always looks great, again great products!And a shout out to the Assistant Manager, Andrew Fortin, great service too!

Sean and Andrew are the absolute best. I got my very first pool 3 years ago and have been super impressed with the service I received not only when making my purchase but each and every time I have a question or need supplies. They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a pool or pool supplies!

Went out today just to check out sales on aluminum tables and chairs for my back porch didn’t want it too heavy - easy to take care of ! Andrew helped me find one I needed didn’t matter if I wanted different chairs or different styles, he helped me a lot to decide what I really needed for that particular table that I wanted. Just a shout out to say thank you very much to be kind and patient with older people.!!!
