So why do I have to sit out here till shift change when there’s two employees available at the moment so that means I gotta sit outside of the store for 25 minutes there’s a few things I don’t like about this establishment the professionalism the customer service work And the damn hot chocolate machine is always down.

Regarding the rewards progam: you are supposed to get 15 cents off gas per gallon, I did not receive this reward offer twice despite meeting the prerequisites. I will no longer be using this store or any gas stations of this name as they are a rip off and are a waste of time.

Yesterday I went into Nouria to get some water. When my items were rang up at the cashier, an employee named Francisco was extending the conversation when I was trying to leave the store. I had said “bye have a good day” twice and by the second time I exited the store. I went into my car to put in directions for my next stop and I was startled by the employee Francisco as he knocked on my window. I was confused as to why he was at my car during his shift and not at the cashier. He proceeded to ask me if I was single and called me rude when I told him he can’t be walking up to customers cars and knock on their windows to flirt with them. The whole situation startled and confused me.

Calling at 9:00 at night for a possible lost wallet to nobody answering the telephone. I didn’t just call once it was a number of times.

They double scan items. Purchased items, went out and got in car only to realize they charged me for three bags of chips instead of two. It’s clean, prices consistent with other gas stations. But make sure you double check your receipt before leaving

I work at Nouria but not at this location. This was my first time visiting the Salem location. WOW! Impressive is how I felt upon entering this location! From the wonderful friendly staff, to the well organized store shelves, the cleanliness of the floor, the wine display, the amazing set-up of the cigar/humidor section, the beer cooler so very neatly stacked, everything!!! KUDOS!!!

24 hour aperture warrants immediate 5-star reward. This fills a gaping proximate void of 24/7 convenience stores besides 7-Eleven. Very pleased.

The poor guy working the night shift on the first day of this store being open, I felt so bad for him. There’s always hiccups on a first day for a business and I just can’t believe they didn’t have a manager there to help him. He did everything he could to be helpful including calling a manager at one point so he could accurately answer the question I asked. I watched him struggle to address issues with the pumps and register with a few different customers. He did everything he could and didn’t lose his cool or get frustrated, he gets 5 stars, give that guy a raise!

It's a Friday afternoon, Feb 24 th... Took a drive to the Gulf gas station, To be clear....135 South Broadway Salem NH.. 3:00 pm ish.. What a real MO working there today.. Thought he was so smart that after removing the products I purchased there, He never charged me for All the cigarettes I had got.. So that's the first part.. He had verbally assaulted me while other patrons were also standing in line. The person I came with who had already walked out of the store he also added another personal insult or assault both apply. There's a lawsuit waiting to happen right outside the door of the place ice all ice L O L yet this selling the icemelt salt Right in front of it. My review would be if you want a good laugh some free stuff call down call boom and sue the place that's the place to go. Signed, Completely Amazed # Twilight zone
