So I purchased 5 rings and I got a free bracelet I only wanted to return 1 ring and iris the manager said she cannot return unless I return the bracelet. Very bad customer service I would have still qualify for the bracelet. Now I’ll just return everything and they’ll lose the business

It was the worst experience of my life. I bought a necklace and was told I had 30 days to return it. I went to the store to return it, and they told me that they could no longer do it. Because it looked like I had used it. I explained to them that I had an allergic reaction to the metal that this necklace is made of. And they told me that they could not do anything. After that, this man who attended me raised his voice and told me that this happened to me because I did not read their terms and conditions. He told me that the only thing I could do was call customer service. I asked them for the number, and this man told me, "You can find it on the website, but I'm going to give it to you anyway."I almost cried because I felt that this man was very rude to me. And I felt that he humiliated me in front of all the people in the store. Because he was talking to me like he was making fun of me.If you are a woman, never return a product to this store by yourself. Take someone else with you.I wanted to return the necklace for health reasons. Not for anything else.Don't buy from this store if you don't want to waste your money.

Great experience especially with the Man that the previous individual actually complained about, he was kind and helped me buy 6 charms for my wife. I am confuse as to the other comments because I did not know what I wanted and he lasted almost 2 hours taking care of me, he saw that I was Military and offer the military discount something I haven’t see in other stores. The other associates also helped me by showing me what they had on and making the experience extremely comfortable. Great Job and will definitely recommend this store to anyone!!!! To all military take advantage of the discounts.

My husband purchased a nice ring a few months ago. He told me about how sweet the employee was. Her name was Bertha. He says that she was so helpful, and she was able to help him pick out the perfect ring for me. It was a Christmas surprise! I could not be more impressed. Thank you so much for this amazing experience.

Two times having problem with this store. One of the security guys are super rude. Second time, we got to the store 8pm and they don't let me in because they are closing soon. They don't care about you. Very sad...

Simply Dissatisfied with my entire experience. Sales rep was rushing me and when I got home I realized that two out of the nine charms I purchased are not what I wanted. Also I spent enough to receive at least one rose gold and two silver promo “free” bracelets but Sales rep told me limit was two silver, I am tempted to go return everything and go to another Pandora location unfortunately with work etc I barely had the time to go in last night. The store was under staffed and customers were left to stand and wait in line. I waited at least fifteen minutes and as I stated above I felt like the sales rep was rushing me, she was rushing me, after I chose the bracelet and two charms she was trying to settle my purchase out and I had to tell her then and several times after I STILL WAS NOT DONE, NOR READY TO CHECK OUT. This was my first experience at Pandora, not just at this Rockingham Mall Location but ever and it was not a good one. In the future I will order online or go to Ann’s Hallmark.

I only write reviews for a very good or bad experience.I worked at this particular Pandora store about 7 yrs ago, and our customer service was superb because my staff was well trained and taught to treat your customers as you would like to be treated.SHOP ELSEWHERE!Now, I had the worst experience ever entering a Pandora store last nite. I was only there for a pick up so my time at the store entry way was short. Kurt, the person who tended to my pick up was rude, annoyed, and made it feel a nuisance to help a customer. I had to return twice because he yelled and stated I'd realize they were short staffed and had been there since 8am. 1st, there was no reason to yell when I asked a simple question my 1st time there. 2nd, although short staffed upon my return the store had 1 customer, take a break and diffuse. The customer is not at fault for the short staff you are experiencing. The 2 other salespeople smiled nicely, I wish they'd been my reps.... to Kurt, you should take a course on customer service or leave the industry you're in. And by the way, as to your specific advice about reaching customer service upon my leaving the store doorway...... I will be reaching them as well.

Ivelisse and Kurt almost kicked me out of the store for asking for my cash back!!! They told me my tone was rude and she wouldn't tolerate disrespect. I was being aggravated because I paid them 290$ in cash and was told they wouldn't give it back to me and I'd have to wait 30 days for a check. I said I wanted to call customer service and just double check that they couldn't do anything for me, apparently that was enough to kick me out. Never raised my voice or was rude it was terrifying to be in fear of banning from a store when I did nothing wrong and simply wanted to return my item. This experience was really really scary and turned me off from Pandora completely, forever. I understand they didn't sell me the piece and they weren't the ones who failed to tell me the rule but they are all one company anc should have apologized and understood my situation not tried to kick me out
