Park View Inn is a cute, clean, and affordable older motel with a convenient location near major highways, shopping, restaurants, and the mall. It is nestled in a park-like setting and offers the lowest room rate in the area. Guests describe it as a hidden gem and a reliable choice for a simple, pleasant stay. The rooms are very large and clean with daily maid service, plush and comfortable beds, excellent water pressure, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, some inconsistencies are noted. Mattresses can have a dip and pillows are cheap, potentially causing discomfort. Walls are thin, allowing noise from adjacent rooms. Some rooms have worn weatherstripping, slick showers without grab bars, very small towels, inconvenient light switches, and horrendous coffee. The clientele is mixed, including long-term residents, and there can be issues with odors and transient activity. Despite drawbacks, many find it very good for the price and would stay again.

This is a cute little Inn! I would stay here again! It was very nice and clean! I wish the windows had sheer curtains as well for a bit of privacy. Otherwise you have to keep the regular curtains closed and the room is really dark.

Room's need an update. Wall paper was coming off the wall and a hole in the bathroom.
