Don’t ever register for the account over there. When they want you to sign up, they told you it was free and have all the benefits come with it including “ you don’t need to keep track of your receipts because we have it in records for you”. Today I asked for the record of my receipt to make a warranty claim/ return/ exchange or whatever option they can help me with for one of their faulty item. They said they don’t have it because their system just have been updated and tell me to call manufacturers for warranty claim without providing me any record of sell. Scott( the manager) didn’t try to help at all and act like it was my fault when they can’t provide me the record of purchasing even it was only 2 months old. Their store policy actually accept the return without receipt but I don’t know why he gave me a hard time and didn’t accept it. I hope it isn’t because I am an Asian. I will go to Petco from now on. At least they try to help you there. Bye Scott. I really don’t appreciate the way you treat me today.

Scheduled an appointment at this location and confirmed the appointment via phone through their system. My boyfriend brought our dog in and they decline to do the service as they cancelled the appointment, apparently ( there’s also none of this information on their website ) they only confirm appointments via call not text DESPITE sending texts to confirm (:
If it’s no where on your site where people book, how would they know?
Time was wasted and we won’t be back.
“ we called five times” - I didn’t receive any voicemails and therefore would not have any of this information. Thank you for the wasted time for the drive and more importantly my dogs health.

The store is always really clean and associates are friendly. Shelves are hardly ever empty and their prices are not terrible. Trainer Jillian is fantastic! She's very professional and explains everything really well.

I’ve always brought my mini poodle to get groomed without issues but this time, was a mistake. They completely shaved him off when I said to PLEASE brush out, if any, knots because he is such a soft haired dog. Jane kept insisting he was matted when he was not. When we picked him up, he was completely shaven and looked like a chihuahua. I am so disappointed with the service after years of going here.

My dog had her nails cut here. The staff was very nice but two weeks later we were at the vet due to a nail infection that was making her nails drop off. $700 in vet bills so far. A bacterial infection in her nails. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Took my Pomeranian here to get a clean and tight out light trim, nothing too crazy but still needed a professionals help. Katy did a wonderful job making sure my pup came home better than before. My dog had gotten a couple bad haircuts before so I always get a little nervous but after seeing Katy’s work I will definitely be back and request her by name! Additionally, she filled out a cute little report card with details on how he did for each part of process (nails, teeth, bath, cut, etc.). Made me feel better to hear how he did knowing he is a bit of a scaredy cat.
