“To be honest; most people would question why any one may stick with the same pharmacy for years despite facing insurance "hiccups," the pharmacy and store is rarely out of stock, above all else the staff here truly work hard and provide a consistently welcoming environment, providing assistance when needed as well as sharing up to date reminders regarding sales or available coupons, etc, last but not least their knowledge and dedicated service stands out as one of the best pharmacies I have ever visited: thank you Dante, Tragaige, Brittany, Arianna and Blake as well as all the other staff who welcome every customer in the store with all the same qualities as I shared of the pharmacy staff, keep up the great work!!”

“The BEST in the area. Stay away from Dracut, MA. Without going into a long winded thing here which I guarantee none of you particularly care about, let me just state that this location makes up for the incompetence you may have experienced at other CVS pharmacies. Something as simple as transferring a script from one store to another proved to be just beyond the capability of the pharmacists in Dracut (Megan) and after driving all the way to another location, Mr. Patel in this Salem store understood immediately my circumstance, pressed the original store for information, got the problem fixed and expedited my order all while I was at the drive through window. I was nervous waiting for a new script to be finally transferred and filled would take 45 min. Mr. Patel took the kind of care of me this company advertises. Kudos.”

It sucks that my prescription history is at Walgreens but there's no Walgreens in Salem. I like keeping those records in one place”

I came to the CVS pharmacy in Salem NH for a needed immunization update and was told they would close in half an hour for lunch which was fine since it was it was 30 minutes from when I arrived! When the CVS clerk tried to setup up the shot the person giving shots said “I have been giving shots all morning (so??) and had a line of folks waiting “( there was no line at all)? She even surprised the CVS clerk who tried to setup the immunization shot. The nurse giving the shots was not very nice and in my opinion just wanted an early lunch.”
