This place is the worst Family leased two vehicles and bought them out at lease end Waited weeks for them to do the paperwork and complete registration It takes two maybe three days tops to get this doneI wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy

Just recently we had our 2013 Honda Pilot serviced there for a new power steering pump and line that needed to be replaced according to Tony LaParre (Service Adviser) in which the vehicle was dropped off on Wednesday 11/1 at 9:30am. We received a phone call that the vehicle was all set the next day however we were out of town on business and would not be able to pick up until Friday. When we went to pick up the vehicle as it was parked inside the Canobie Lake service center parking we noticed an exuberant amount of damage to the driver side from fender (please see pictures). We went inside and Tony was at lunch however Kevin Gilmore (Service Director) was able to assist and witness the damage in which he took full responsibility as this happen on the dealerships watch while in service. Tony then arrived and also was shocked to see the damages. He followed Kevin’s order to have the parts ordered and secure an auto body repair shop appointment with 603 Auto in Derry. We have been in consistent communication with Kevin and Tony via visits, emails and phone calls in regards to next steps. Kevin assured us that this repair was fully covered by Canobie Lake Honda with an auto rental throughout the period while the vehicle is in the shop. As of today the parts have NOT arrived and we DO NOT have a scheduled appointment with the repair shop in which we were told would be 3 weeks out once the parts arrived at Canobie Lake. This has been a frustrating experience and we just had another service repair done here back in January. I would like to have this resolved as soon as possible as we believe we are a valued customer to Canobie Lake Honda yet again we will have to return for another service repair. Can some one please implement a sense of urgency so we can ALL move on from this unfortunate experience. Thank you.

Vinnie is the man! Extremely helpful and responsive. Car came in earlier than expected and he made sure to get all my accessories installed as quick as possible to drive out the lot. Great overall experience!

I bought a 2012 Honda Fit today with Carlos Polit. He was a great salesman and worked with me to get my trade in for more than what was originally offered. I feel like I got a good deal on the car and that there was a good list of repairs and maintenance done before listing. My only complaint was the amount of time it took to get me into the finance office but this wasn’t on the sales team. Definitely get a meal before or while your credit is being run.

Vinny was great. Had to go find the exact vehicle I wanted. Did so fast. The vehicle was there sooner than he had told me. He updated me constantly along the way. Very smooth process. Would definitely recommend him and Canobie Lake Honda.

I recently had a great experience at a car dealership at Canobie lake honda The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect car. Highly recommend! ?? They also had a wide selection of cars to choose from, and the buying process was smooth and hassle-free. The dealership even offered competitive prices and financing options. Overall, I had a fantastic experience! ??? I highly recommend Vinny Alagna, wonderful guy and make things happen.

I just bought my first new car through Vinny here, and he has made the process as stress free and easy going as possible. Vinny was great at making sure I knew all of the information I needed to know and answered all of my questions with complete honesty and detail. Also, Shane was very Nice to speak to and a big help with making sure I understood all of the Numbers and prices i was looking at and made sure to explain everything to me thoroughly, thanks Shane . I LOVE my new car and I’m thankful I chose to go through this Honda, I would recommend asking for Vinny if you plan on trying to find a new car that is the best price and fit for you but aren’t confident on where to begin. let me start by saying this is my second purchase at canobie lake honda and this purchase was just as easy as the first one, both times from start to finish i think i was in and out in about a hour my salesperson this time was vinny who was great showed me the vehicles i wanted to see told me the difference wasn't pushy at all even let me sit in his personal vehicle to show me the difference in vehicles let me also ad that i never even went here for a purchase i was only up here to drop off my wife's vehicle for work and out of curiosity got a quote on my truck for a trade in and it was a good price so all said and done vinny gave me his card a told me to call his cell anytime and let me know if i wanted to go through with the purchase and well i called him the next morning early and he answered like he said he would well thanks to him and the great customer Service and finance team i now own a 2023 honda civic touring i think other dealerships should take notes on this dealership don't be pushy don't attack the customer as soon as they get on ur lot don't keep the customer there all day canobie lake honda does none of this thanks guys i will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend u to friends

I had a specific vehicle in mind that I knew I wanted. Josh Jiminez went out of his way to make sure I got that specific vehicle. This was my first Hybrid and he made sure to tell me all about the vehicle and its features. The whole car buying experience was pleasant. Buying a Honda at Canobie Lake Honda was great! Juliana was super patient with answering our countless questions. She was responsive to calls and text and kept us in the loop with the delivery of the CR-V we bought. I'd buy a Honda with them again in a heartbeat. We never felt rushed or dismissed like we did at other dealerships. Truly a great overall experience. And we love the new car!!!

Dealing with Vinny was an absolute pleasure. Not only was he fully transparent through out the transaction he catered to my exact needs. Got me the vehicle I wanted and the color I wanted it in. He showed me every little thing that is available in the vehicle as far as tech goes. I will definitely be back and referring my family and friends. Management was also great to work with. Recommend knowing what service is due/recommended before going in or they will upsell you. They do not follow the Honda recommended maintenance guidelines and try to add on services which are not due (even when pointing this out to them).High diagnostic fees compared to other Honda dealers. If you need your alignment checked, go elsewhere. They charge much more and claim it can only be checked with their "tool" which is inaccurate and can in fact be checked elsewhere for much less.Made the mistake of trying to talk to the service manager Kevin. Was told to take my car elsewhere, that's what you call "great customer service" Go elsewhere.
