Alex Tanger is the best car salesman that I have ever worked with. No pressure from anyone in the dealership. He came through with what I asked for and didn't make promises he couldn't keep. Such any easy process. The finance person Louie was so straight forward and easy to work with. It was a pleasure working with both men. I have my new car and couldn't be happier. Thank you and I will be recommending Canobie Lake Toyota!

My salesman Phillip is a great guy. Very personable. Under now pressure what so ever. I’ve bought many vehicles throughout my life. This is my tenth Toyota and first time at Canobie Lake and by far the best experience I’ve had. This goes for the whole crew. Thanks guys.

Jen was super helpful and honest, I can’t thank her enough. I’m absolutely obsessed with my new Corolla. I was a little nervous about buying a new car as a first timer, but Jen made the experience that much better for me. I definitely recommend Canobie Lake Toyota to anyone who is looking for a car.

I was very satisfied with the purchase of my 2023 Toyota Camry at Canobie Lake Toyota, Salem Ma.Brian S.- sales associate was very pleasant to to work with, he has a great personality, friendly and wasn't pushy. Also...Alex T. - sales consultant stepped up and offered me a free rental until my car was ready, great personality and wants to ensure the customers are happy.He even had Black Hub Caps installed on my car which was a nice touch.Kudos to Brian S and Alex T!!

We have Been looking for a car for the last 6 to 9 months My last vehicle was purchased in Danvers , and I went back to that dealer and things have surely change. Phillip was amazing to work with! We showed up earlier than expected for our appointment but he greeted us with a smile and positive attitude anyway and made us feel very welcomed. He was very patient and took the time to explain all of the accessories included as well as any subscriptions that were included for Toyota support. It is evident that Phillip is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he is selling, enjoys his job and working with people and he is wonderful at it too!

My first interaction with Milo was amazing from the beginning of the phone call, to the test drive, and purchase of the vehicle. I went in one day and the next day I was already in the vehicle. I was amazed on the service he provided, he even came in on his day off to make sure that the deal was final, ans even dropped the vehicle off at my job. I give Milo a 10 out of 10, I strongly recommend him and Canobie Lake Toyota is lucky to have him.

They went out of their way to take care of us. Our car died in the garage and we just had a newborn baby. Roadside service picked up the car and took it to the dealership. The deal replaced the battery, did the 6 month maintenance and they drop the car off in my driveway as a baby gift. Super understanding about our situation, our Covid concern with a newborn and friendly.

I was a little disappointed when I was converting my lease to purchase. First I was told the conversion would take 7-10 days. They needed to hold the car during that time. Rather than give me a courtesy car, (after all I’ve been doing business with them and am continuing to do so) I had to rent through them.Next, they told me they would give my car a detailing. (You know just like if I were buying a used car.) Well, it took 18 days to get my car ready for purchase, all the while I'm still renting a car.Finally, when my car was ready, I went up at a time I told them I would be there. I went to the salesman I did the initial paperwork with and he had no idea I was going to be there. He sent me to a manager. The manager had to make a couple calls. Left the desk and returned with my old plates. He told me to see someone in service maintenance. That person took my plates from me(I asked why) and he just said come with me. He brought me back to the manager. I said that’s who sent me to you. So, we went back to the maintenance department, where I said I’m still trying to drop off this rental. I mentioned this twice the first time I talked to him. Now he asks me what else do I want. I said I want my car. Wow!! He sends me to finance. I went to the gentleman that I dealt with a couple weeks earlier. He seemed to understand what I was doing there. He got the new plates and got someone to put them on. When I asked why couldn’t we just transfer my old plates, he said it would’ve taken much longer. Uhmm! I don’t think so. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I honestly felt like a burden on everybody that works there. I never once got treated with respect that paying customer should be treated.Oh, and my car never moved in 18 days. Right, no detailing. Just covered in pollen. Horrible!!!!Zero communication within!!

The customer service person, Johely was kind and efficient - 5 stars to her. But, we did not appreciate our last services experience at Canobie Lake Toyota. Went in for an Inspection Sticker and we were told that we needed a new steering rack as there was leaking fluid, which would have cost almost $3000. We then got a second opinion elsewhere and within 10 minutes were told by the different shop that the Toyota technician was wrong - there was only a plug that needed to be tightened and the steering rack was fine - totally free fix.I would assume Toyota technicians should know Toyota vehicles well and am dismayed their diagnosis was so incorrect, or that they did not take the time to care enough at the cost of the customer.

I can't praise Canobie Lake Toyota enough. They made the process so easy and stress-free. When I started looking around the lot, I was greeted by Milo who obviously has a lot of expertise in the field of selling cars and he was so polite and knowledgeable but also straight forward and didn't sugar-coat anything with me which was so greatly appreciated. He listened to what I valued for features in a car and instantly found something within my price range and included everything I was looking for. Within the half hour I was test driving a car that I absolutely fell in love with. By the end of the day, I was signing all the paperwork and making that beautiful car mine. Throughout the whole process, Milo stayed in contact with me and made sure I was happy with every choice I made. Fast forward 2 days later when I went to pick up my new car, Milo showed me all the parts of the car that got detailed, he made sure the tank was filled up, and he spent 20 minutes with me showing me all the features inside the car (ie Bluetooth hookup, setting my voice controls, eco/sport mode, setting my cruise control) because I had told him it would take me forever to learn how to use all that stuff! All my cars before this one were base models and didn't have any of that fancy gadgetry in it! Before starting my search for a new car, I was stressed to the max. Let's be honest, who actually enjoys looking for a new car? I don't. But Milo and Canobie Lake Toyota made the process stress-free and they put me behind the wheel of a car that I absolutely love! I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family for whenever they look for a new car!!

I was looking to finance a new vehicle for the first time ever. Jen Lilly at Canobie Lake Toyota helped me find a 2020 Tacoma that was within my budget. She made sure the process was as easy as possible for me. I previously had basically no idea how to go about any of this so her help was much needed and greatly appreciated.
