Worst customer service ever, I called to cancel the order and they told me they will do it..so I reordered to my correct address to find out they didn’t cancel and they delivered it to the wrong address… I wouldn’t even want to give them 1 star Negative !

I came in knowing exactly what I was looking for but when I told Kendra what I was looking for (trying to get help finding it since I had a toddler) she told me it wasn't going to work for me. If she had been nice it wouldn't have been so bad but I said I knew what I was doing because I had done it before and it had done what I needed. She said ok good luck with that in a very rude way. The entire time I was in the store I felt judged. As I was leaving I told her I didn't appreciate the way she spoke to me and she rolled her eyes and looked away. Just horrible customer service. I was home all day watching my toddler and that was the only human interaction I had and it was awful. It affects me. It's not ok to treat people like that simply because what? I didn't need your advice?Lexi was great though, she treated me well and asked if I had everything I needed.

I am so pleased with the service of the two ladies who were working the store this evening, I had 20 questions about hair color and Kendra gave me a solid answer to everything I asked about and offered multiple options. Sadie was working the counter and so sweet & helpful, it really cheered up my evening to just have stellar customer service which seems SUPER RARE post Covid. They were both very helpful and I would recommend this Sally especially when these ladies are working! Thank you girls!

Went in to buy hair trimmers yesterday. The girl with the blue hair was working and she wasn't that friendly or helpful. Seem confused why a guy was shopping there. I've been there years before to buy salon and spa products and they were much nicer. I've seen other reviews talking about the blue haired girl. Go on vacation or get a desk job where you don't have to arduously help patrons in real time.

Love this location so much, mainly b/c of the availability of stock, stock selection, and of course always the nicest most personable associates working there.

Today I came in to buy some hair dye. I noticed the staff was incredibly rude, specifically the girl with the blue hair, to a customer who had trouble asking for help to find a product because the customer only spoke Spanish. The customer came up to me to ask me for help. My Spanish isn’t great but I still went out of my way to help her by calling a friend who is fluent in Spanish, and she was able to find what she was looking for. This location is known to give the cold shoulder to people who aren’t white or who can’t speak proper English. Please do better.I would suggest everyone to go to the Lowell location they are much more helpful and welcoming.

Went here to get a few things and the white lady with the spiked blonde hair and glasses was so rude and condescending. I unfortunately didn’t catch her name. I will say the hispanic woman was nice and courteous and gave great customer service. I usually like this place, but that blonde lady needs to get checked if she keeps with that attitude... horrible service.

They had everything I went in for. I was reluctant because reviews mentioned racism and I'm a dark skin Latina. So I figured I'd just go and buy and leave but to my surprise they were very nice ladies. I told them what's being said on here about them. As far as my experience they were super nice. Sometimes you have to see for your self. I went I saw I bought I smiled. The lady with the blue hair is actually nice. So don't judge a store by one review. Go for yourself.

I was really nervous about a certain color for my hair, but one of the ladies (whose name I couldn’t catch, she had purple hair and great eyeliner tho) was incredibly helpful and honest about what I’d need to do it, and my hair came out even better than I imagined it!! Thank you so much :))

As someone who enjoys trying different things with hair and researching ways to keep it healthy, it is always fun go to a hair store and compare products to each other. I will say that Sally's does not usually have the most extensive hair product selection compared to a neighborhood store, but it makes up in having proper hair tools and chemical agents (bleach, mixing bowls, etc). I trust my own hair research more than the suggestions from staff members there though after an unhelpful recommendation of hair lightener compared to bleach.

I have been shopping at the Salem New Hampshire Sally's since 1999. I love the products they sell but I'm always dreading to go due to the bad attitudes of the employees that usually work there. Its like they only higher snobs.I have not had any good experiences with the associates. With that said, I went in to Sally's on friday August 31st at around 5:00 p.m. I was immediately greeted at the door by an employee with smiles and made me feel like I was being greeted by an old friend. She complimented my cute outfit and made me feel welcomed. Then while I was in the aisle trying to figure out what color products I was going to get, I was greeted by another employee who asked if I needed help. At first I said no. But then realized having someone else to bounce my thoughts off and having someone to help make decisions would be my best bet. So I changed my mind and said yes. I am so happy I did! She was knowledgeable and super friendly and I was able to get what I needed to in order to make my hair mint. I left the store happier than when I came. This trip to the store was a rarity since I barely leave my house. So, I wanted to thank you girls for being amazing at your job! It was the best experience I ever had at that location! <3
