Chris was very helpful. After I made my purchase I asked about skincare… he was VERY knowledgeable about the products available. I am an esthetician and he knew more than I do, (about the skincare they have). I would highly recommend this location & that it becomes you’re go to Sephora. Ask for Chris if you have any skincare questions!

I had a fanatic experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I went in with an idea about what i was looking for but not a specific product. I got exactly what i needed and learned a lot in the process. I'll be back!

I walked into this store the other day and I was not welcomed by NOT ONE beauty adviser. There were like 7 employees just walking around not doing anything while the managers all huddled at the cash registers having their own personal conversations, that everyone can hear when I passed by I went to the fragrance section because I was interested in buying a couple of colognes & the beauty advisor that was there kept following me around the sections in a manner that made me extremely uncomfortable.. at some point I felt like I was being treated as if I was going to steal something. I would’ve preferred if they just had came up & introduced themselves, they were very unprofessional. Will not be coming back to this location again. Prewarning to anyone who goes here, the customer service here is extremely biased & it’s not a place where you can comfortably shop at.

*** UPDATE: I brought my gifts to Burlington Mall Sephora and everyone there was nice and helpful. They also found my gift in the system by looking up my friends ph # and refunded me. This goes to show that Rockingham needs to do better bc they are not representing Sephora right! ***I tried to exchange my gifts from Sephora and was informed that Sephora does not take any returns that have no receipt?I checked Sephora return policy without receipt online and it states: " New or gently used items returned without a receipt but found within our system will be processed according to the applicable Sephora refund and exchange policy. Any products not verifiable within our system will be ineligible for a refund, exchange, or merchandise credit. "She did not even check to see what was in the bag and kept stating they need proof of purchase with a slight annoyed attitude. There were other questions I have asked but I will detail that in the store visit survey with my over all experience. Just know that every time I visit this location, it is not good.

Love Sephora but recently the employees here have been SO rude!! Customer service not at its finest. Please get employees who won't make customers feel belittled.

well i was accused of stealing when i only took a spoolie WHEN THEY ARE FREE. red head has a stick up her ass. if they are so mad about it. PUT A PRICE TAG ON THEM. never shopping there again! 2 workers were asking us are u having trouble finding anything, like yes i'm having trouble finding my way out of this store. and they were constantly checking on us and when they asked if we needed help we hadn't even been in there for longer than a minute.. like give me a break. if they have an issue with the spoolies tell them to hide them?

Bought a lot of Y.S.L lipsticks and l didn't realize how expensive they are! Guess I'll have to change to something that cost less but fortunately l now have enough to last me a long time. Love their mascaras. They told me that I'm at a premiere level but don't know what that means. Wish they would let me know when they do a percentage off!

Kristjana went over and beyond with her product knowledge tonight! She helped me in finding the perfect foundation shade (something that I really struggled with) and suggested other make up products that are top notch. Her time and patience were greatly appreciated. Sephora at Rockingham Mall is so much better for having an employee like her….one that that truly cares about her customers needs and is always extremely honest. Keep up the amazing work Kristjana!

This has been my go-to Sephora for years. I have never had a problem shopping in store, however, I do not recommend placing a pick-up order at this location. I waited over 15 minutes for someone to get my order. I felt bad because the person who finally helped me was busy helping others the entire time I was waiting, but there were at least two employees that could have lended a hand that seemed to be doing nothing. Overall, I do like this location. I will continue to shop here but now know shopping in store is much faster!
