Gone in a few times and an older lady with long brown hair was standing at a register with no one in line but when I went to the counter up she walked away and left it to another worker who had a line to ring me out, and when it was my turn she just talked over me when I asked for a product which ended up making it take longer.
I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but she's done this a few times and is always rowdy. No one should have to put up with that, other people in the store looked uncomfortable.

Hello a message to management. This is the 2nd time I have visited shell on rt 28 NH , out of many times that I always get gas here. But as I have mentioned, last week I noticed at pump #1 the handle swivel connection is leaking fuel? I made a report to one of the employees at the register inside. They said they were going to file a service request. I am here again, 12 / 11 / 23 and it is still leaking? This is a HAZARD not just for the station but for customers as well. I hope that this finds you and proper steps are taken to correct this issue. Concerned customer.

I go in here often and they keep telling me my debit card declined, I go and use their gas pump and it takes the same debit card just fine. They really need to get their card reader fixed, it's embarrassing.

Love this place! Gas prices are decent, even better if you're a rewards member & have T-mobile Tuesday promo codes. Employees are awesome, and cigarette prices are great.
