“Love barnes and noble but the staff are scarce and they don't have a great, quick, easy way to look up in store inventory. Most times the staff..if I can even flag em down..are unable to locate titles I've asked for. Not niche books wither.”
“Several stores were closed on a Wed. afternoon (maybe short staffed). Otherwise it's a normal mall like any other mall. Tax Free except the food court. Found some great sales!
4 stars because, although we found ample handicapped parking, the elevator was hard to find and we had to take an entirely different elevator (on the other side of the mall) to get back to where we parked because there is no mall access from that elevator.”
