I've been a T-Mobile customer for maybe 12 years or so. I've always preferred in store vs dealing with 611. Although I miss the location off south broadway, I love the new location in the Tuscan village, and I especially loved being helped by Madi today (sorry if I'm butchering the spelling!). She took care of me quickly and with a smile on her face and once I sat with her I was in and out. Loved the new sync up kids promotion which allowed us to get our daughter a kids watch for no money down or extra cost (other than the monthly service fee).

This review is more directed towards to corporation of T-Mobile. They have awful customer service and I am appalled at their policies that appear to be designed to make being a former customer extremely inconvenient. They claim the only way to access your account is a 16 digit pin number, and as a former customer, if you do not have this number, you are directed to a store for verification. They "do not allow" account numbers, email or social security verification. They withdrew funds for a full months of service when I had 4 days of service in the billing cycle (a rep told me I would only be billed for that time previously), and revoked the auto pay discount, which "YOU ARE PAYING BY AUTO PAY" is clearly printed on the face of the bill. My dispute was rejected and I was told that I would be notified via email in 2-3 business days; when I followed up on the 4th business day, I learned it had been rejected the day after it was filed but I was never notified. T-Mobile pushes paperless billing as most companies are aiming to do, however you are not able to access anything online once your account is closed. Leaving you to strictly rely on a phone call. Additionally, I was told that I needed to go online and manage my autopay by having the card removed. 1. They removed my autopay discount, but it shows on my account? 2. I can not access my account online. So I will be canceling my credit card, which is a huge inconvenience as I have other bills automatically withdrawn from there. Thank you T-Mobile for the atrocious customer service after being a customer for 23 years. Very happy I made the move and I hope something changes with their processes.

The environment was warm, friendly, and relaxing..Not easy to achieve..Dana Labadibi was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, he showed me every sale/clearance item available...Without PRESSURE...he was a joy to speak with , easy to talk to . He explained so many questions that have been unanswered for years..I can only highly recommend TUSCAN Village T-MOBILE specifically...thanks to the management displayed by Brendan... He watched every transaction and it showed. Bravo ?

Had to take my old phone back home with me after getting a new one because file transfer was taking too long and the store was closing. Show back up this morning to return my old phone and had to stand outside for 20 minutes before finding out from a different T-Mobile store that the opener decided not to show up and they won't be opening the store today until 1130. This is quite literally the most unprofessional thing a business could ever do. You don't deserve business if you can't even open your doors on time.

store was closing so they had us take our existing phone home with us over 1 hour away to keep transfer going and when I came back to store to give them old phone back as trade in the store isn't open. I'm here at 10am sharp and surprisingly won't be open till 1130am. and other location won't accept trade in so unless I'm getting paid for travel back here looks like I got a few phone and get to keep my trade in cool ? ?

Never a good experience with T-Mobile. Representatives make the patrons feel they are at fault for connectiivity issues when it's the company's responsibility to deliver the quality of service they market.

My wife and I Carolin. I waited my turn and I noticed the line that I was in for this young girl had all the answers and I was thinking to myself wow she really knows her stuff. So I waited patiently in line for her. Finally my turn she was courteous,helpful and the 1,200 I spent on the phone. She made this transaction less hurtful. I asked her are you the manager her reply was no. Why is she the manager? I'm going to be honest with you. She answered all my questions, set my phone up, transfered all my data, she helped me set up autopay and tbh I didn't mind the upsetting she helped me saved over $300 because of her I decided to spend an extra $300 dollars because she was that good. I was telling my wife that the level of service she gave me. I wanted to say Thank you and I'll like to post a question for you why doesn't she manage the store? Shes your best asset . Thank you Sammie! ps ; it's worth the 1 hour drive

I've been to this store at Tuscan 3 times in the last 2 months and each visit has been great. The first visit was to explore options when I was looking to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and left feeling well informed and not pressured. My second visit was when my husband and I went together a week later to officially switch our service over and upgrade our phones and they took care of everything for us . The third visit was today when my phone wouldn't turn back on after an overnight software update. Thankfully, they fixed it within a few minutes of me walking into the store with a hard reset (which I tried a few times prior to my visit but didn't have any luck). All of the team members I've interacted with during my visits have been friendly and knowledgeable, and I think this store is a great resource for T-Mobile customers in the area.

Sadly today seems I picked the wrong store to get my daughter a new phone, first the person that was attending me didn't inform me of absolutely nothing I had to ask all the questions and he treated me like he was doing me a favor, on top of that he supposedly transfer all the info. From old to new phone of a 14 year old!!!! It took 5 minutes, no pictures, apps, nothing besides contacts, so I don't think I'll be back to that store any time soon

Went in and talked to Christopher. I was having issues with my login and turns out my account was locked. He was able to make a call and get it all cleared up for me.
