Chino
When I was in line to check out, I noticed the cashier. They seemed lazy and slouchy like he didn’t want to be there. But when it was time for me to check out, I noticed that he was standing with a wheelchair behind him.
And this cashier ended up being the most amazing employee!! So never judge someone based on appearance!! I believe his name was Chino. Very nice ?

this target it is really going down hill and might as well go to Walmart as a paying customer with a full cart I find it rude when workers check the coolers I'm purchasing at check out if I wanted to steal somthing I wouldn't pay 90 for a cart put your energy into stocking your shelves and cleaning your clearence section up instead of going for paying customers

I worked at this Target for many years when I was going to school. Over a decade later and I still see familiar, friendly faces. The Salem Target was a quality place back then and still is. Lost my wallet there today and they had it at the customer service desk. They said an employee found it- I think her name was Jane. Many thanks to Jane and all the good people there.

I’ve gone to 4 targets to get the welcome bag for having a baby registry and all have been out. Being pregnant already takes a lot out of a women and for you guys to not even consider that is just disgusting. You either need to send more to stores or change your rules/guidelines or allow them to be sent through online once you set up your registry. Very very disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend having a baby registry to anyone.

We were helped by Diane today with a baby seat. I was with my 8 month old and I am also pregnant. She brought the seat to my car for me and was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated her care!

Was told by the technology department to go to customer service department to exchange my in-store purchase for an item, not in stock in store, but available on-line. My new purchase exceeds the original price I paid. ‘Annie’ turned what could have been a bigger purchase into me NEVER SHOPPING AT TARGET AGAIN. After I explained 2 people told me I could do this exchange, she responded they don’t know what they are doing in technology, she does as a ‘lead’. ‘Noah’ the manager also tried to assist and his demeanor was better than Annie’s, but still did not resolve my issue. Annie proceeded to tell me, the longer I wait for the item to arrive in-store to do an exchange , the less likely she would do the exchange. Really target? I want to exchange my item for another item that costs more? Why you would risk this sale, and any future sales from me is beyond incomprehensible. Don’t forget, Best Buy is just across the street as well as plenty of other retailers willing to do the right thing and treat their customers with respect. Big mistake.

On 1/26 had cashier "Maryann" .. She was happy and a pleasure...She really enjoyed her position. It was a breath of fresh air...and I heard please and Thank you, for the 1st time... An asset to Salem NH Target team ..
