Not a good place for laptop shopping.They have only old school laptops just to make kids happy.I asked for laptop with atleast 12 GB ram and they had only with 4 Gb and 8 Gb RAM.Just wasted my time there.

Our cashier was amazing. He had not gone on break yet and turned off his light. He was very clear about what he was doing and that he would still help us (I was the last one in line). He still took his time and was so helpful teaching me how to use a giftcard off the website. Excellent customer service!

So used to Chicago Targets. Coming out to Massachusetts, Walmart definitely looks better and might be better to shop at.

This is about their Starbucks…it’s been months and they’re always out of stuff on their menu. it’s really disappointing. Even simple things like oak milk they’re out of which is hilarious because the target has a bunch in their grocery section. All their holiday beverages are also unavailable.

I used to love target. On the last order I made for pick up, they sent me an email saying that my order was picked up ''by me'' when I did not pick up my order. I was so disappointed. Never going to buy here anymore. That experience left me a taste of insecurity about ordering stuffs with them.

product availability and ability on the website to find where it was available easily and modify my cart accordingly; including a special section within the store located close to the registers so no overly long wait time.

As a stay at home mom who is a frequent flyer at target I just wanted to write in a comment about my experience while in the store today. My partner, my baby and I go to register whilst the employees are talking to eachother and blocking the open isle. One woman moves over and seems super nice but still they just continue this loud conversation between registers with my family in between. All while we are trying to ask a question and barely getting a word in. The formula we were trying to purchase only had two left in store with totally damaged and opened boxes. Although the inside was intact we felt as though Target should stand by the presentation of their products and offer 10% off like any other big box store that has open boxes on their shelves. The cashier was rude, belittling and passive aggressive to us when we remarked the condition of the product. As someone who spends $1000+ a month at least at target (formula, diapers, groceries etc) it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth that this employee had such a problem with literally taking $1 off of the product as if it were coming out of her paycheck. I am overall dissatisfied with my visit and it will be along while before I return. Guess my Christmas shopping will be done else where over $1, thank you Leslie for providing terrible customer service.

I went to target tonight with my 7 yr old daughter everything was good it was about 11:40 pm when we went to check out.Decided on self check-out (covid days) as we approached to use 3rd check-out ..1st was occupied ...I reach for the scanner and by the time i turn around an associate is standing with-in 3 feet me and my daughter i scan a few thing and she is staring at me and my kid you would think staring would stop after like 6 items doing it nice and slow one item at a time..well now its like 12 items and she is still staring at me and my kid 3 ft away now I feel unwanted and treated like im stealing something.Nothing me or my daughter did would be supposedly suspicious.THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE TARGET

Store is easy to navigate and full of knowledgeable helpful employees. Shout out to the front end cashier, Paul… he was very kind and personable. Definitely, one of the better Target locations in the area!

The products are stylist & my 11 yr old granddaughter got some great outfits.HOWEVER she & i were both disturbed to hear an employee outside dressing room discusing w/ a cust how ridiculous masks were & they were both gleeful to be "on same" page that yrs down the rd they will be clonned by vaccine. Complete utter nonsense. My granddaughter is too young to get vacinne. Therefore she is unprotected .please educate your employees. The cust was 3 feet from me & no mask. Both were huffing and exaggerating their inabilty to breath. They should try a ventilator. My granddaughter was disqusted and jokingly said," if someone gets clonned i hope its not those 2! Facts matter.

They made me jump through hoops to price match an online order with their store price. They said I had to cancel the online order and reorder it. I called customer service twice and they said the store managers should've approved the price matched in store. What should've been a 5 minute interaction became an hour. They definitely enjoyed wasting my time.

Love this target and the cashier Gaby is super sweet <3
