We were helped by Diane today with a baby seat. I was with my 8 month old and I am also pregnant. She brought the seat to my car for me and was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated her care!

Was told by the technology department to go to customer service department to exchange my in-store purchase for an item, not in stock in store, but available on-line. My new purchase exceeds the original price I paid. ‘Annie’ turned what could have been a bigger purchase into me NEVER SHOPPING AT TARGET AGAIN. After I explained 2 people told me I could do this exchange, she responded they don’t know what they are doing in technology, she does as a ‘lead’. ‘Noah’ the manager also tried to assist and his demeanor was better than Annie’s, but still did not resolve my issue. Annie proceeded to tell me, the longer I wait for the item to arrive in-store to do an exchange , the less likely she would do the exchange. Really target? I want to exchange my item for another item that costs more? Why you would risk this sale, and any future sales from me is beyond incomprehensible. Don’t forget, Best Buy is just across the street as well as plenty of other retailers willing to do the right thing and treat their customers with respect. Big mistake.

On 1/26 had cashier "Maryann" .. She was happy and a pleasure...She really enjoyed her position. It was a breath of fresh air...and I heard please and Thank you, for the 1st time... An asset to Salem NH Target team ..

Target in Haverhill only for self check out registers open student line for almost an hour, then decided just to walk out and go to Walmart and found a better deal and a quicker process

Target is so hit or miss. I avoid it most of the time and when I had to go today, my experience with the employees wasn’t pleasant. The woman at the check out was fine I have no complaints there.

No cashier lanes open. Horrendously long line for self checkout at 9:30am on a Monday morning. Several staff members were at the front of the store overseeing the line, and flat out said “No, just wait in the self checkout line” when asked if they would be opening any cashier lanes.

There was not “one” register open! Customers had no choice but to use self check out! Store employees were just hanging around in case there was a problem with self checkout. They should have been on the registers instead of leaning on them! I was forced to scan and bag a large numbers of items myself. It was ridiculous and I was/am not happy!

Not sure if the employees have instructions not to answer the phone or its understaffed but seriously been trying to call and get a person to speak to me ALL DAY! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!
