Worst customer service I have ever experienced at any TD Bank location.There was one person in front of me in line when I walked in. 20 mins later the line had not moved at all. Many people who arrived after me just left out of frustration.There was 2 employees at the desk helping people, and 2 more employees behind the desk literally doing nothing but watching the others help customers.When I finally got to the desk after waiting for 25 mins, the lady working was rude and refused to help. I wish I caught her name to complain about the right person.

I am a local trust and estates attorney and have been working with this branch for over 15 years. After Patti and Michelle left this location (they were awesome) my personal experience has been nothing but negative and unprofessional with this branch. The manager and assistant manager are often rude and hostile toward me and my clients. And my clients often complain to me and have reported back to me the difficulty and derogatory remarks that they make to them while they are there often times trying to open a simple routine account. I finally decided to go to the Methuen and Derry branches instead (with my clients) after talking with the staff at both branches and completely AVOID this location altogether after personally having so MANY negative and unprofessional experiences.

Do yourself a favor and go anywhere except here. This is most unprofessional, unorganized bank I've ever been to. This will be my second time dealing with this unprofessional bank and last. Branch management and sales will sip coffee in there office doing nothing line out the door. This bank needs re-trained, re-inservice and more efficient management.

Maybe the issue here is the customers.. just had a very unfortunate experience where 2 older gentlemen berated a woman who was working ALONE in customer service. She said there was a wait and that she’d be happy to help, tl:dr this guy proceeded to lose his cool instantly about it “this generation blah blah in all my years blah blah” clearly not even considering what this woman’s job entails and that she’s even a human. Meanwhile a complete stranger joins in on the dogpile with “maybe it’s just her hahahaha this would never happen in our day” I got red in the face and embarrassed just hearing this, and I guarantee this isn’t the first time this has happened to the people who work here. God speed to these employees, I hope what these nasty people throw at you doesn’t stick because it’s disgusting and damaging garbage. I’m sorry for you guys

Hands down worst td bank in New Hampshire! Doesn't ever answer the phone, atm is broken more often than the McDonald's ice cream machine. People who work there are beyond lazy.

NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. I deposited cash into the ATM like normal and it did not spit my card back out. Screen says “contact bank to get new card issued” this is the SECOND time this has happened. I called the 1-800 number and they told me there was already a maintenance order out but was going to be another 4-6 hours. So WHY is it still open when it’s broken?!? I was able to save two people in line behind me. Wish someone was able to warn me. Now I have no card and can’t get a new one until the bank opens. But since this is the only location near me and this is the SECOND time this has happened to me here I’m closing my accounts and switching to somewhere that will actually be CONVENIENT
