“Ordered four Goodyear tires online and scheduled an appointment for installation the next day. I got a call that afternoon from Matthew, the shop manager, asking if I could come in earlier. I said sure.
I showed up and they took in my car right away. Took about an hour for them to install the four tires, rotate and balance them.
I was going to get a 4-wheel alignment from them as that cost just $79.99, but sadly their lift was down. Matthew said they are working to get it fixed.
Matthew and the entire staff were wicked easy to work with. They did everything that I needed. They also added four valve stems as mine were no good.
The price for the four tires, rotating and balancing them was infinitely cheaper than anywhere else in the area. I looked up pricing for the same exact tires and services, and everywhere else was at least $150-$200 more.
They did a great job and I have no complaints.”
“The young lady who checked me in was kind and professional. The service was quick and well done. Around 1.5 hours or so. The waiting area had seating and plenty of outlets. The service however was $10 more expensive per tire than a competitor. The bathroom was less than ideal.”
