Today me and my fiancé bought a weber grill . We were unsure how we would get it in my suv but a nice gentleman named Jose helped us out. He helped take the side table of the grill off and even helped my fiancé load the grill in the back of my car. Thank you Jose for making it a easy trip!

Just do not get the service you may need here. Be patient in the paint department they get very busy on the weekends. We always have too really look for what we may need and often cannot find it. We have to go to Lowes for some things and vice versa

Hi, Not sure if you are the person who handles this but I had an experience at Home Depot and it kills me to see how bad the Customer Service is there. I bought a washer and dryer at Home Depot in Salem, NH 3 weeks ago. They came out to install the dryer and they didn't have the correct part(hose). I then went and got the part at the store and 2 people said I should just install it myself. It's easy enough. I replied I don't feel safe doing that. They gave me another install date for the part, 5 days later. Installers arrive and after 2 minutes say, we can't install this dryer, you need a plumber to change the ventilation from the back wall to the side wall first. I called the store and spoke to Melany and said Home Depot should pick up the plumber bill. No one asked me any questions about where my ventilation was etc. After speaking to a manager named Melany she said they would give me a 100.00 credit towards the plumber. Feeling very haulted by everything I called the plumber and he came out and installed the part. Tested the dryer and it works. For Home Depot's sake I am really glad I did not try to install the part myself. Plumber leaves and I go to use my washing machine and it has an extremely loud gurgling noise from where the hose is going into the wall when it drains. It sounded like the hose to the wall wasn't installed correctly. I had to shut the power down after 10 minutes. Again, at 9AM, after being on hold for a long time, I called Home Depot and asked for Melany and she wasn't there. I asked for another Manager. Barbara who answered, asked a manager named Tiffany what they can do for me. Tiffany says to tell me to call back after 10am ask for another Manager named Jennifer and they can't help me. I called again and I can't get through on either greeting that they offer. They have 2 choices Parts, or Product. Both numbers ring forever. It's 11:04 and I feel like I know everyone at Home Depot in Salem I've been very patient with everyone because I know staffing could be decreased. It's now 3 weeks later and I still don't have my washer and dryer fully installed. In reading an article on getvoip.com I came accross these CS facts. Seventy-eight percent of customers have backed out of purchase due to a poor customer experience. [Source: GlanI went back to the store AGAIN,and spoke to a Jennifer (Manager) and she said she would call the install company and have them call me. It's 2 days later and I haven't heard anything at all. I then called the store again and asked for Melany and they said she was at lunch . I called back and asked for her again, she was with a customer. I left a message and Melany never called me back. This is insanity.Every time I went to the store the same 2 people were at the desk and joking. This is probably why they can't answer the phones there. Words that come to mind with the way I feel about Home Depot's service is disappointed, sad, frustrated, mad, and a waste of my time and energy. It has deterred me from shopping there again. Sad because I've been a customer for too many years to count. I really want to let everyone know how bad this service has been because no one should have to go through this frustration. Mary

When it came time check out, I was told by an employee that I needed to ring myself out. If I wanted to ring myself out, I would have gone to Amazon. Which oddly enough is where I will go now for the purchase.

The problem has existed for over twenty years. The staff in general are either untrained and generally unwilling to get a customer the information or location of products not only in the store but in their own department. The last straw was I asked for assistance with a plumbing question. No one to help. A young male staff member said he would get someone. Several minutes later no one showed up. Back to the front the staffer told me he sent someone to the plumbing isle. No one there and the staffer strugged and at that point I went to Lowes and the plumbling person there solved my problem and took me to the product I needed. Home Depot is more convenient and if I know what I need I can use the store, however I have a question as to where a certain item is I usually get you can find it in isle whatever. Not helpful enough. Other Home Depots are far more attentive to customers Salem just is not and never has bee.

I ordered an air conditioner at Homedepot.com. Last night the tracking said it was delivered at 10pm. I went to the store to pick it up and the employees in Salem NH made a point that I was stupid because it said delivered not ready to be picked up. Hoe is the customer supposed to know that. Tomorrow is supposed to be 95 degrees and my wife is stuck in the house on oxygen. I left the store and a half hour a got a text saying it was delivered. I went back to the store and guess what...it was in a trailer out back since 10 last night but nobody unloaded the trailer. Homedepot needs to make their online messages and texts more clear. The employees and asst managers should be nicer, not rude, telling customers they are wrong

Went to LOWES to get something to unclog a drain horrible service. Went into Home Depot. Great service. Found whT I was looking for spent more time parking my truck than in the store. Thank you H.D.

As someone who's been going to this Home Depot for 20 years since it opened very disappointed going in there this morning. Needed kitchen cabinets and they have more Halloween decorations then available cabinets. What a shame. Needed white vinyl toe kick as well. When I asked the Person in the aisle he said to go to somebody else. I walked out empty-handed. I had already been disenfranchised about how they treat veterans anyways so this was just another reason not to return. Shame on the store manager

Waited 45 minutes for curbside pickup (within the hours they support). No one came out. When I went and asked if anyone was working curbside pickup, I was told - "I don't think so." Waited another 20 minutes in line at the customer service desk to get my purchase. That person also did not offer any explanation of why I was not serviced curbside. I do not recommend anyone count on getting serviced curbside at the Salem Home Depot.

I had an issue with a large order that was shipped from this store. It was the wrong item (an upgrade) but wouldn't start. After going back and forth with multiple customer service agents, I was essentially told there was nothing to be done. I had given up and advised they lost a customer for life. Then my faith was restored by the store manager Anthony who called and advised I would be able to keep the item after I was able to get it started. He has renewed my faith in Home Depot and I will continue to shop there as long as they end up doing right. Anthony did right by this customer and I applaud his service.

Never will I shop at Home Depot again . They have made me a Lowe's customer for life. They promote curb side pickup but don't tell you that you can't pick up for 4 days. When I complained on day #2 they connected me to the store manager who told me if I didn't like it basically it was too bad offered no apologies and told me it would be several more days. It was a very small order that was a few bags of compost and 3 two by twelves. I'll be sure to let everyone know.

Store is always clean. Products easy to find. Employees are always friendly and eager to help. I prefer myself to shop there over a certain “blue” store close by. Pricing is also fair.
