This is an excellent UPS store based on my experience. Lauren tries to keep everything moving even when the line is long. She personally packed up 40 pieces of antique stemware that I had to send out and made sure it was safe and sound. I have also used the notary here and they are very patient and helpful. 5 Stars!

Always lines and never enough help for the amount of traffic they get. If you must use go off hours. Line out the door and people deciding to skip for now.

I build 3d wood puzzles and they are not toys. I had 5 separate pieces shipped to my daughter in Florida. Lauren wrapped each one carefully and packaged the box … there was not one damaged piece. They all arrived perfectly. I have to add that I also thought the price was fair and will have them ship any others …

This is my favorite UPS. Lauren, Gunnar and Trevor are always friendly and super helpful even when they have lines out the door. Best UPS store on the NH/MA line.

Staff is not friendly here. The gentleman working behind the counter could see I was holding a heavy package and instead of helping me he decided to organize some things on the counter and there was no one else standing in line. Very rude staff member. I used this location as an Amazon drop off and they wanted me to pay $3.99 for them to print a label for Amazon's mistake. I'm sorry but that's not good customer service.

I have been calling this place all day long during their business hours on a Tuesday and they never, ever, pick up their phones!.. what kind of service from UPS is this-??? Then you send me a reply to email you-? REALLY-?!...like I said, what kind of service is this-? you're supposed to pick up your phone! if I call again and you don't pick up like I had to call you all day with no response I will report this to the corporate office so sick of incompetence I called the other UPS stores and they always pick up except for this store!!!

Great customer service here. I had a very expensive gift return package go missing. Tracking number wasn't working. Company that I was returning the gift to wouldn't investigate for a month because the tracking number wasn't showing that I dropped it off. Lauren went above and beyond to help me. (Poor woman had to deal with me coming into her store for weeks). She helped me search for the package on UPS's end and told me exactly what to say to the company expecting the return. It turns out the company had the package the whole time...

The guys who work here are so friendly, so welcoming and so speedy. Every time I drop something off, I’m in and out in seriously 1-2 minutes. They rock and bonus points because always have good music playing.
