made an appointment for 11:45, showed up extremely long line (no problem). went to the door for appointments, and the guy says to me “no one’s in there, if you’re here for a passport, get to the back of the line.” i’m just confused as to why you have to make an appointment if you have to just get into the long line anyway? it just doesn’t make any sense. why have an option for an appointment if you are just waiting in the same line as if you don’t have an appointment. on guy is nice, the guy with 2 masks and 3 pairs of gloves on was not. rude and disrespectful

I haven't had my mail in over a week I went down to the post office and they told me that they don't have it somebody has to know where it is 🤪😡

Wonderful customer service. Went in for passport renewal for the first time and Tom was amazing, he helped me and family get everything sorted. He was patient, friendly and helpful.

Scheduled an appointment for passports. Arrived on time and there were two walk ins waiting ahead of us. The person working passports said we all had to wait a while and after 10 minutes he said we could all come back in an hour. He was the only person knowledgeable to process passports and he was taking lunch. We asked about appointments and he said they were “subjective.” Complete waste of time and poor customer service.
