Place is dirty,not organized, terrible customer service. I’ll never be going there again! I’ll drive an extra 20 minutes to another one!

Just when you think incompetence couldn't get as bad.... come here to have your mind blown. I was in line for over 30 minutes watching the teller ring up an item every 30 seconds. Makes sense though as this is the result of people robbing the place blind through self checkout

In line for no exaggeration 20-25 min huge line behind me only to be told when I’m at the registers not doing an financials . Seemed like a bunch of young little girls just standing around half the time
I was there . Also the girl with the half red hair working the register was rude didn’t even respond to my question and just walked away .

Employees are just ridiculous if there arm was a product for sale they wouldn't be able to answer any questions about it or even tell you were it is .

Tried to buy a vacuum cleaner through their online ordering / store pick up. The box they gave me was opened, so I asked if they could get me another one that doesn’t look like it’s been tampered with. The associate scanned it and said there were three more left. I waited about 5 minutes before he came out and said he couldn’t find the other ones. I decided to return it, but in order to do that, I had to drive around to the front of the store and carry it over to the customer service desk. What a complete waste of time. The good news is there’s plenty of other Walmarts to go to, so do yourself a favor and avoid this one.

The ladies at customer service are excellent. The store is usually very clean and organized. I find everything I need when I go .
