This store has terrible customer service. Been here twice prior to today and both times was completely ignored. Took 20 minutes before being acknowledged. Figured I give it one last try and….Today I’ve been here waiting…now for 30 mins so far just to return an item I no longer need. Never again! Manchester here I come!! Salem store is atrocious!!!

Worst store, no help and the staff do not even acknowledge you when walking into store. You are a bother to the staff working if they are not sitting out back. Another customer gone.

Very disappointed - needed to get a new cable box to go with the new Vizio ultra high definition television I had to get after my previous Vizio high definition television was "fried" by a lightning strike / electrical surge during severe weather in my area on Wednesday night, and the shop provided the wrong box (an X1v3 model instead of the 4k capable X1v4 model).....☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

This company is the worst company on the face of the planet. Their customer service is non existent and more importantly they outsource so nobody in customer service is even in America. They start you off with a promotional price then Jack the price up yearly until you are paying over $100 for internet. They have been a monopoly for years and I’ve had to deal with it because it was the only way to get internet. Now I finally get internet elsewhere for half the price and I have cancelled today will be the third time. You can barely understand their customer service and they give you the run around trying to get you to stay by offering you a promotion that they will eventually Jack back up to their outrageous prices. CANCEL MY ACCOUNT COMCAST!

For $117 a month I'm supposed to be receiving "gig speed", contact these rip off artists and they send a tech out. He examined all connections and hardware. Determined that the speed is coming in, and could visibly watch the connection still be throttled. My hardware is capable of 1200+mbps downloads and 300+mbps up yet its throttled every time it crosses 640mbps on my ethernet line, the firmware currently in my modem is provided by Comcast and is no longer allowing my hardware to use more than half of its capabilities..... Netgear flat out shows this unit running Comcast provided firmware! I hope that fiber and wireless put you out of business Comcast!

Inexperienced sales people, no equipment, and long line. Not worth it especially when they don't have a replacement cable box which they could've said within the 40 min we were waiting in line. This is the problem with xfinity and their mobile service. They aren't going to proiritize cable and internet when they can make so much off the phones

Aside from a 10 minute wait for service, the staff was very friendly helpful. We were able to return our cable box and remote and adjust our subscription quickly and without issue.

This place is horrible. Been there twice and everyone there is unhelpful and unfocused on the customers. They preferred to talk to each other and literally complained out loud when I asked for help. Save your time and frustration and just drive to methuen

Not a “corporate store” and cannot accept returns, exchanges or really do much of anything. Believe it or not, Xfinity customer service sent me here to return defective equipment! Can’t make it up.
