My boyfriend & I came in to get his mom a gift for the holidays, we ended up getting helped by Ross today.. we went back and fourth with a couple earrings trying to decide which one she would like more, after a few minutes we made a decision and decided to check out, at check it out I stated to Ross, “ Aren’t these cute !?” , Ross continued to state , with a shrug, “hm, I don’t think so”. I confused said why? he continued saying with a nonchalant mannerism “ I liked the other ones more”. Oh. excuse me Ross, I did not know you personally knew my mother in law to give such a nasty opinion on a product that you sold to me , NOT very good customer service if you ask me.

Elizabeth Is the best. She not pushy and knows her stuff. She isn't afraid to tell her opinion but not force the more expensive pieces. She always kind and smiling. I hope she never leaves.

If I could put 0 stars I would, but unfortunately I can’t. I am absolutely appalled at how the whole company of Zales does business. I went into the Salem, NH store to look for a necklace for my boyfriend for our anniversary. When shopping around, I thought I found the right one. Paid in cash upfront for it, and even had it wrapped up in gift wrap very nice. When I gave it to my boyfriend unfortunately it was a little to small. So not a problem, my thought was, “ok, we exchange it for a longer one and I pay the difference.” Well, that wasn’t the case, they didn’t have any longer ones in that style or close to that style, so I furgure I’ll just get my money back that day and go to a defer t store to find the “right” one. The manager proceeded to tell me, they didn’t have the case in store and I would have to get a check in the mail or store credit, which I could totally understand if I was over my 30 day return policy, but I WASNT! Oh, and get this, You won’t receive your check for 3-4 weeks! It has now been 3 weeks and the check still has not been processed or sent out. Yet quick to put their hand out for my cash. Needless to say just for this inconvenience, I will NEVER shop here again.

Got my wedding band here after buying my engagement ring online and the staff, Elizabeth and Gabriel, are absolutely amazing. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I told them what I like and they picked out the perfect ring.

Gabriel is hands down the best. My husband and I went to the mall a couple weeks ago and noticed the sign outside for a sale, so we decided to look around in the store. We bought my original wedding set at a Zales (not Salem) so we had been playing with the idea of trading up for a while.Gabriel greeted us the second we walked in and was just the best the entire time we were there. He was friendly, helpful and educated us on everything we needed to know. I am extremely indecisive and he was so patient with me while I tried on a ton of rings and wedding bands. I never felt rushed or like an inconvenience. I was in the store for a couple hours and he kept us engaged and made us feel welcome the entire time. Also, he complimented me and my husband as a couple multiple times, which made the experience even better. Picking out the set together was an amazing experience as a married couple and Gabriel just made it so special for us.I ended up getting my dream set as an upgrade. I’m over the moon about it. So long as Gabriel is there, we’re customers for life. Zales couldn’t have picked a better person as their manager. I feel awful I spaced doing the survey in the two week time period, so if the company reads these, please know you have an excellent manager at Salem Zales!

I was so happy to go to Zayles in Salem NH and was assisted by Victoria and Elizabeth for help on purchasing an anniversary ring for our 25th wedding anniversary. They were so nice and understanding with all our questions. They answered everything we were concerned with. We purchase a beautiful diamond enhancement ring and band from them and we couldn’t be happier. When your looking for jewelry please head to Zayles and see Victoria or Elizabeth you won’t be disappointed I promise.

I went to the Rockingham Mall in search of a white gold anklet. I walked into the store and was greeted by Patti. Patti was so personable, knowledgeable and helpful. I absolutely love my diamond cut white gold anklet. Patti was so kind, she cleaned and inspected my rings. I am very pleased and will treasure this beautiful piece of jewelry.
