“Dr. Bertrand is always attentive. She always treats my kitties like they were her own. The assistants and front desk also take a personal interest in helping me with any questions I may have. Everyone works together as a great team to help keep my cats happy and healthy.”

“I drive from Derry nh to this location because of how attentive and supportive they are to taking care of my babies! When you have good care and a professional team who responds right away. The almost one hour drive is nothing. Thank you!”
“Thought our 14yr old chihuahua Emme was at end of life today. Brought her to Dr.Taylor and he found the problem. Treated her, provided meds. By the end of the day we could see she turned a corner. Couldn’t be happier for his expertise and kindness. Extremely grateful to him and his staff.”

“Blackwater is the only vet I trust. They are so wonderful and caring. When it comes to my cats, I know they’re in the best care. I’ve also seen how amazing they are with my father-in-laws dogs, goats, cats, pigs, and so much more.
Thank you all at blackwater!”
