About American Legion

American Legion Post 70 is a well-managed and welcoming community asset. The upstairs area is spacious, with tables, chairs, and a kitchen, making it suitable for events like birthday parties. The post offers plenty of parking and boasts a friendly atmosphere with a bar, music, games, raffles, and cold beer. It is a popular spot for veterans and their families to socialize. The facility is smoke-free and has both front and back entrances. Visitors and new members are encouraged to check it out.

With all due respect to Thomas F's post from 2015, Post 70 has been smoke-free for 7+ years now. The Post is very pleasant now, well-managed, and an asset to the community. They are welcoming visitors and new members, so check it out! Here's the website: post70nh.com.

Buddy's band was fantastic. I had a great time dancing with the regulars. I felt very welcome.
