I walked in with a new IPhone 14 that wasn't responding to anything we were trying. Jared figured out that one of the settings was turned on that shouldn't have been.. huge thank you saved me a trip to apple..

Nate was so helpful and an absolute gentleman. Super happy he helped me get a new phone and set up a new number. Took about 15 minutes in and out. Couldn't have asked for a better guy to help me out.

Worked with one of the customer service guys to get a new phone and change to a first net plan. He had no idea what he was doing and kept having to ask the other employee questions on how to do things which made the process long and drawn out. He said my plan would switch over after my first bill and it never did and was never put it into the system so now I'm having to go through the whole process again. I wish this location would properly train their employees before putting them to work on the floor.

Marcus at this store is very unprofessional. Not only did he disrespect me but was unhelpful to an elderly man. My father who is in his 70’s went to this store for help. Marcus lacked professionalism, compassion and customer service skills. When I spoke with him on the phone, to get assistance he kept saying ‘ya know what I’m saying’ (with a thuggish voice and accent). I cannot believe someone with his IQ level is actually representing this company. He speaks as if he’s speaking to his ‘hood’ friends not an actual paying customer. Besides this he calls me, ‘mami’. If I had a son like Marcus he wouldn’t act in this manner. He would be respectful and would say words like ‘yes, ma’m’ or ‘let’s see how I can help’. Instead his lack of helpfulness sent an elderly man back to his house without a working phone. I had to call customer service (611) to have the issue resolved. This store needs a new employee

Adam at the Seabrook AT&T Store was excellent with my husbands new phone. He helped him with everything from picking one that fit the upgrade to getting it all switched over with his old info.

Worst customer service ever. My brother went in for an upgrade and the person that was supposedly helping us has no customer service skills and was rude. So if you go don't try talking to Joe that works there, he don't know anything.

Not recommend, untrained costumer service, just like the manager is, they dont respect clients, they ignore clients, lie to clients. yes, he lied to me over the phone and in person. go to Portsmouth NH store, there they know how to help a client. avoid this store. unfortunately I can't give 0 star. manager will come with his lies on comments bellow answering as he did with me. do not buy from this store.

I was waited on immediately and given excellent service. All of my questions were answered by the very knowledgeable associate. I even found that I could lower my bill with autopay and enrolled. Looking forward to my new iPhone!

Richard at the seabrook nh store is always helpful, knows what he is doing and never pushes any sales on you! but in the event you are looking for something he’ll make sure he does everything he can to accommodate you. He’s my go to guy anytime I enter that store. I’ve even left when he’s not working just to come back when he is because of his great customer service.
