Well, it’s not specifically related to people who work at CVS it’s related to CVS. This new impersonal touchscreen self identification process it’s terrible. Not sure why they’re doing it, but I do expect that costs for prescriptions should be dropping substantially. Seriously considering leaving CVS. Bring back the humans!!

If I could give a zero I would. The pharmacist is the absolute rudest pharmacist I’ve ever met which is the last thing people need when they don’t feel well to begin with!!! Change professions - you don’t belong in healthcare!

With Rite Aid closing I'd switched my prescriptions to CVS in Stratham. They however did not have my reflux medication in stock. So 1.5 hrs before closing I requested it be filled at this CVS in Seabrook. My medication has not been covered by insurance for years so I use goodrx. I'd have to call and explain every month to sort it out. The staff at this pharmacy were so kind, and patient. They already had a previous coupon on file and could fill it for 3 months at a lower price than I'd found! I honestly was so used to the run around and didn't comprehend that they'd filled it that quickly. I'm so grateful for the staff at their pharmacy. I looked around while waiting. It's a small CVS but it's well stocked with good prices and, most importantly, great service.

It used to be a wonderful Pharmacy.
I have used them for over 16 years. However I made an error In refilling my medications and boy am I paying for it. I tried to fix it couldn't in the app. I forgot all about it. So when my Dr faxed in the script the computer did something. Now they want to talk to a Dr who is moving and hard to reach. The thing is yes I understand ,but do you understand this medication is sensitive. I can go in seizures!!! Nope I get the pharmacist with the personality of a rock. Tells me I need to advocate for myself!!!!
don't you think I'm doing that just thought that maybe my Pharmacy could help me out like they used to.
I am scared no compation for people
CVS you really shouldn't let him talk to customers.

Hello. I supposed CVS is okay. I just moved into the neighborhood, so it's close to me.
Everyone was nice, friendly & courteous.
The only thing about CVS is they're pricey on things.
Other than that, all is well.

They are very ignorant and rude. They tell you one thing and do another. They said that prescriptions will go to today and then when you call for the prescription, they say no two days later they’re very ignorant with you very unprofessional. They do not do their job right had a very bad experience at the store will never go there again. The Pharmacy team is the worst.

My cardiologist had sent in 3 refills for my heart medication. When I called this morning to get a refill Kevin told me they never got them. I told him I just got off the phone with my doctor’s office. He said if they don’t believe him then they can call him in a very rude voice. I’ve got a newly broken shoulder and don’t need the aggravation. I called the store manager to complain. She said it could have been handled better. I also complained about the rude sarcastic tech Shaina or Shawna. Because I called the tech a “b” she got all huffy with me and told me I could take my business elsewhere if I was unhappy. Thank God my insurance is changing and I’ll be headed to the wonderful Walgreens in Hampton. I wish they had a zero option.

I used to get all my vaccinations by CVS. The last time I went in the pharmacist (male)(the female is always nice) on duty was throwing the box of vaccination around and acting very rudely. I have had a stroke in the last 2 years and the last thing I want comong my way is a rude, brusk, person with a needle to stick me. I went to Walmart and got my vaccination with the pharmacist who was so sweet and caring. What a difference!!! I'll never go back, it takes only one bad seed.

The male pharmacist is unprofessional and rude, he has zero concern whether a person receives their medications or not.
After 30+ years trusting CVS with my health care needs I no longer have confidence in CVS. The women that work there work very hard it seems as though since Allison the Pharmacist left, this CVS has hit rock bottom.

This is the worst pharmacy . They gave me the wrong prescription dosage. I realized as soon as I got home but since it left the store apparently they can’t trade in a prescription I have no use for ! This is paying out of locked the people that work there either have no common sense or their policy is awful . I will be making this complaint and contacting headquarters or whatever legal remedy I need to fix this

Dealing with some of the pharmacy staff feels like being pulled over by a cop having a bad day. Rude, brusque, impatient, power-tripped. Speak slowly & clearly to them, and have pity. They're paid to be there, NOT put up with you. /s
SOME of the staff are AWESOME, and it feels bad giving this review, but the ones who aren't ruin the whole experience.
like a delicious meal with something foul sitting in the middle of the plate.
