Good selection of kayaking gear etc. I had to use the bathroom, one of the workers was washing his hands, I was only in the urinal. After I was done I forgot to flush as I was in a rush to go back browsing, the older worker was ranting calling me a “child” being 25 for not flushing (not on purpose not flushing after a #1). Definitely a behind a scenes view of how workers treat customers.

Found the perfect yeti for my husband’s birthday present but it was missing the strap! Spoke with Anthony who immediately went on the hunt. He was very knowledgeable n helpful n pleasant. He solved the problem. Then to top it off I was cashing out with Morgan who was so pleasant n professional the two of them just made my day!! Thank you

The stores EXIT and CASH REGISTER location/design layout is TERRIBLE. I understand anti theft prevention and all but If You don’t buy anything (which I didn’t)… you literally have to sneak past ALL the other people in line (which isn’t ideal since there is only ONE line that funnels into a small checkout section that leads to the ONLY exit). I literally had to interact and say excuse me and sneak by ~15-20 other people in the ONE line to exit the store (all people in line were ~1 foot of each other). This is not ideal at all…. Never mind during COVID times. I actually got anxiety SIMPLY trying to exit the store without purchasing an item. To the point I almost felt trapped in the store. I have not felt this way in any other store. I’m surprised this design layout would even pass fire/emergency evacuation safety standards. I will not enter the store again unless I know for certain that I’m buying something. On second thought, I probably will not be back due to this bad experience.

overall stock is kinda lacking imo. staff are nice and helpful. ambiance isn't anything crazy. wouldn't rly recommend unless for specifics

I’m in California and was helping my NH sister get an elliptical by phone. I spoke to the manager (Danny) and he was so patient and helpful with what we were trying to do! Thank you also to Patty and Danny for helping her at the store and being so knowledgeable! I would defiantly recommend this store because of both of them and their hard work!

y i k e s. like 0/10. taylor was probably the least helpful person i’ve ever met in my life, im not even sure how she ties her shoes, everything seemed to be just too complicated!! i could’ve written down step by step instructions dumbed down even more and she still would’ve been clueless. taylor i feel like this is not your vibe and you’d be happier literally anywhere else lol.

Great experience. We bought 16" bike for our grandson in Seabrook, NH. The store staff was very knowledgable answering all our warranty and repair questions. Free assembly by Don that night, we picked it up the next day - all in all a really nice buying experience.
