I recently returned after a while and the cashier Ryan was great. He helped me to cancel an order and find a different protein product. Also, it was nice that they had a sale going on.

I have tried to shop here multiple times, always closed during business hours. They even have a sign that said they would return at 10:00, and the place is lock up. This is very inconsiderate, they need a new manager.

Thought it was a one off but just happened again. Store shows open on line and actually has an “open” sign on the door in the middle of the day yet CLOSED. Better yet try calling them via the website and it kicks you out. Expect more focus on customer service. Going elsewhere- Vin

Lied about the time they’d be back. Hire more people if you need to take breaks please. Waited 50 min in the lot and they still haven’t came.

TERRIBLE! I went in to return a product, and the store manager charged my debit card instead of refunding it. When I noticed ans went back for a cash refund, they refused, saying it’s store policy. It’s literally written on the receipt that if you pay with a debit card you can get a cash refund or returned to your card. They said the store is a low volume store and they don’t have cash. The store manager was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. Same manager who charged my card in the first place. Literally ho to any other store. This one is AWFUL

Store closed early with a note taped to the door. Went to Portsmouth location instead to look for a Detox kit for THC. I grabbed the one type they had there. I went back into Seabrook location the following day as my bank is next door. I asked in the same manner for a detox kit for THC only im looking for a 5 or 7 day cleanse. The employee rudely told me that I was not allowed to ask for that product in such a manner. Ok dude just tell me then, should I slip you a note like the one taped on your door about a certain product I'm looking for? Thank you for embarrassing me in front of other customers. Not needed. First and last time going to this one. Oh and not only was the portsmouth location super helpful and knowledgeable but they also gave me a promo box full of supplements, vitamins and other products for my wife and I to try.Do your job better man, it's the 21st century and certain things are decriminalized or LEGAL now. Fool.

This place is terrible they cant even stay open until the handwritten hours they post states. Literally standing there before 3pm, which clearly stated they would be closed at that time on their hand written door hours, but its 2:55pm and they close early. Needed 1 thing and they wouldn't let me in to buy it

Currently this location has fallen in touch times. They are unable to staff the store and this has resulted in some strange hours. It took 4 trips during posted times until I found it open. Additionally, the shelves are missing some basic items.

The employees close because it's raining and don't follow the hours posted on the weekends. They close when they feel like it and I don't know how they're employees don't get fired for that. Pathetic employee base.
