My husband came in yesterday for a haircut. He comes home and one side of his head looks like a hacked up mullet. He asked her for just a trim. Hair dresser didnt even have the decency to let him know she screwed up. I could have done a better job myself. My husband wanted me to add that she said she used to be a manager for Great clips but now just wants to cut hair. 😂 customers BEWARE!

Very nice owner, referred by a parent who likes the place. The schedule app is nice, but no one was ahead of me when I arrived, no wait. She listened and gave me exactly what I wanted. Cuts are very reasonably priced.

While trying to find a place for my husband to get a short haircut and trying to get into our usual place just got ridiculous. So I saw this as I was driving by another store and we went in. Jessica did a fantastic job cutting my husband's hair and he was extremely happy. Plus he got his senior discount where he didn't get it at the other place.

Typically would go to the other place. Glad I went to Great Clips for this haircut. Gretchen listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. Additionally, she was upbeat & friendly. I had the impression the team likes one another & works well together. That's good leadership & management. Keep up the good work. I will definitely be back & hopefully see Gretchen again.

Went in for a very simple mens haircut. Samantha was the stylist. She was nice enough, but very untalented at cutting hair. I noticed that her posted credentials only include cosmetology. I do not think she was ever trained. There was no use of either finger length or comb length to ensure any sort of even cut. She was literally chopping at my hair and guessing, noticing what was happening with the patchwork she was creating, I had to stop her mid haircut and just walk away... This cannot be the first person with this experience. The manager apologized, implying that she knew this was a reoccurring issue that she hasn't managed out of the store. Then, when paying, the manager CHARGED me for the chop job. Holy smokes this was a 0.000/10 STAY AWAY!!!!!!

This review is not based on the quality of the haircuts, but on the client experience. I checked in online, and made it on time. My name was up next and I made sure to check in with the staff. After me, another client came in, whose name was added to the board after mine. This other client that came in after me was serviced right away without any explanation. This is very poor communication and made me as the client who was there on time, feel unseen and treated unfairly.

Have had good and bad experiences here. Alicia was fantastic which is why I actually decided to make a review. Quick, efficient, professional, and great communication skills. Highly recommend asking for her!
