I am a Commercial account holder. Looking for a qt. of paint to be mixed. Waited at counter for ten minutes after an associate at customer service said she would get someone. Attempted to call the store and the phone rang for 5 minutes without anyone answering. Finally an associate came over who didnt work in the department and couldn't figure out how to do it. Waited an additional10 minutes. Same associate came back to attempt to figure it out. The person who works in the dept. came over 6 minutes later and finally mixed the paint.

I needed a new front door.
Young man in the door department explained the different doors. Then pointed out the hardware to go with it. Used my 0% interest Home Depot card and walked out with everything I needed 🙌🏻

Just stood at the paint counter for 30 minutes and no one ever bothered to show up. I asked customer service for help 3 times, and the lady I asked seemed increasingly annoyed that I dare ask for paint on a Sunday afternoon. They paged the paint department twice and still no one showed up. I was waiting with another gentleman who also complained and was also disregarded. I drove all the way here just for paint and had to walk out empty handed and very frustrated.

Lazy workers who give bad advice. Take forever to fulfill same day pickup orders, sometimes it’s not even ready for several weeks later. Stock online is never accurate. Severely understaffed

Rental department is abysmal. Would give negative 1 star if possible. Don’t even think about renting a truck - 2x absolute nightmare dealing with them. The people are nice enough but the way their rentals work and process couldn’t be worse and SLOW.
I called about a rental and told them I would be there in 30 minutes - a simple sprayer rental, arrived and the guys says “it’s gonna be a while until I can help you” I said it’s just a sprayer rental, and he says “yea it’s gonna be about 20 minutes” I said okay I’ll set a timer and come back , he says “okay 20-25 minutes”. 🤦🏻♂️

Im sharing this review in as many places as possible because i truly believe that superior customer service shouldn't go unnoticed.
So here it is again and I hope it helps. This is the second time I've been to the seabrook Home Depot and dealt with Dave. He is literally the reason I now shop exclusively at Home Depot instead of Lowes. The first time I was here, Dave saw us walking around LOST and came to the rescue. He directed us right where we needed to go like he KNEW what I needed. Skilled to say the least. I didn't catch his name that time, but I remember being impressed with his knowledge. This last visit though, he really shined. EVERYONE let us walk by without a single word. Some didn't even look up at us. But here comes Dave with that sweet pony tail to save the day once again. It's crazy that he LITERALLY pointed us directly to 3 different items in completely different locations. Like, what? How are you even that good??? This time, I HAD to get his name. All I'm saying is Dave has single handedly made Home Depot my go to place.

Went to buy a stackable washer drier , there appliance clerk was rude and condescending , I went to Lowe’s across the street , in and out 20 min , got a better machine for less money , funny thing is I’m an elite pro customer !! Worst service ever at this store
