Do not EVER by an appliance here. We bought a very expensive washing machine, which was defective when they installed it so they brought a new one. We purchased the extended Loew's protection plan. The washer broke down well within the warranty time period. To make a long story short, after 5 weeks and 4 visits by technician who replaced two parts, the machine broke down again IN EXACTLY THE SAME WAY (SAME ERROR MESSAGE). Supposedly after 3 visits you can get it replaced, But they refuse to do it. Thjey are ordering THE VERY SAME PARTS and making us wait another week. I have been on the phone for over 20 hours to Lowe's, to the protection plan people, to the manufacturer, all to no avail. Lowe's Protection plan is bogus.

I purchased a generic generator back in June of this year. I did get the generator approximately when it was schedule. problem is it is sitting between my gate in a box. without anyone to hook it up. I have been in touch with lowes seabrook nh about it. now the answer I got was they are trying to get a truck to pick it up and take it to the installer. unfortunately. I put my deposit back in June. which they have cashed. so now I am considering getting an attorney involved. as I am on oxygen most of the day and need round the clock generator at my home

The Garden section is the worst ive ever seen. Most of those indoor plants shouldnt be sold as they are dying or dead. I understand we are in a pandemic but dont try to make up for lost profits by selling dead indoor plants

This place treats their employees like garbage, no wonder no one helps you when you try and shop there because all the employees hate their jobs. The managment acts like children with no consideration for there employees, places like this is why big corporations have a bad name. Poorly managed and unprofessional. Good luck ordering from here, it's not that hard to act like a decent person to your employees first of all, and your costumers as well.

I went to this location to get a propane dryer because my old one died on us. I explained to the staff that it was just the way my house was set up, and I didn't want to get electric because I'd have to pay to get a new three prong outlet installed. They had one available for at the store, and after I told them multiple times that I needed the conversion kit for the propane hook up, they sold me the dryer without the kit. The worst part is that they didn't even have it in stock, I would never have bought it if I had known that. After getting shuffled around on the phone for about a half hour, the manager never answered their phone and all I got was a random sales associate who actually sounded sorry for me. I had to cancel my appointment with my power company while Lowe's sent me the conversion kit via mail, which took two weeks and I still had to pay for it. Now my power company can't hook it up for another two weeks due to them being busy. Because of the incompetence of the people in this store location, from the time I bought the dryer to the time I can get it hooked up will be a month. It sucks not being able to do laundry for your family of five in your own home for that amount of time, all because they didn't include a part they knew I needed and they didn't even have. I don't care if I need something as simple as a drill bit, I'm going to make sure I go anywhere but here.

Complete incompetence. Ordered a couple of vanities to be delivered via truck. Understanding the Covid situation have been very understanding. I had 3 attempts for delivery. Product was delivered to the store. Vendor was able to deliver. However, Lowe's associated can't seem to figure out how to put the request in for the outside company to make the delivery. After many attempts and a call to me personally telling me they would be delivered on Wednesday, I called the delivery company and no delivery was scheduled. I called the next day, finally got it delivered. This has nothing to do with the current situation we are facing, it's just complete incompetence from Lowe's. Management should be ashamed. Seabrook store.

Do not order from Lowes online for in store pick up in Seabrook, NH. I ordered a Ring Video Doorbell 2 which came with a free Echo Show 5 for in store pick up at the Seabrook, NH Lowes for a Christmas present. The Ring Video Doorbell 2 was in stock but the Echo Show 5 was out of stock and would be available for pick up a week later. I received an e-mail a week later that my Echo Show 5 was in stock and my complete order was ready for pick up. I then received a phone call from Seabrook Lowes letting me know that they had my Echo Show 5 but had sold their last two Ring Video Doorbell 2's that day and were out of stock rather then putting one aside for my in store pick up. They were not sure when they would receive a new shipment of Ring Video Doorbell 2's and all surrounding Lowes stores where out of stock as well. So now I do not have the big Christmas present I purchased for my pregnant wife. I will no longer be shopping at Lowes after this experience.

Very disappointed with the customer service and lack of follow through. I have been waiting for my dishwasher to be installed since June 10. Now the installer tells me he won't do it on Tuesday as planned because of the electrical needs to be up and running for more than a day, even though the electrician will be there that morning prior to installation. Cannot get a straight answer and customer service dept. is a joke. Do not use their installation service - it has been nothing but a run around!

I go here quite frequently. It like every the other big box improvement store. They will have it. You will Not get greeted. The selection will be different compared to the orange store. If you need help the hunt is on good luck. Relatively clean and a bit pricey than the other guy. Quality might be a bit more. Not too different.

So...being a long time competitor customer I saw an attic ladder stair kit for a reasonable price. I got the item and model number and saw Seabrook had three in stock. I found it and got a few other items. The price on the display and model numbers matched. I cashed out got to my truck and loaded everything up. I look at my receipt and I was charged 10.00 more for the ladder then the price listed online. I go back in and am told by the cashier to got o customer service. I go there and am told I bough the wrong one. The item number was off by one number. But it's the same kit. I can load it back onto a dolly and bring it in and exchange it. I take it home and call to complain about feeling like I was taken for 10 bucks. I checked the display price and model number but not the item number. I am told to take it back and switch it out. I wont waste anymore of my time with them. I will for sure not go back, Glad they only got me for 10 bucks!

I think of these big box stores as "vanilla" variations on one another (Lowes and HomeDepot), and have typically shopped at HomeDepot because it appears first when I head into Seabook. Recently went into HomeDepot looking for a small sink faucet and some advice; absent the advice (no one was visible after wandering around the store), I bought what I thought would work. Returned home with my new faucet, and my plumber smiled and said" Nah, you don't want an escutcheon plate".....which delayed finishing the job and required his returning to me. At Lowes, I seem to always find someone and the customer service desk is both knowledgeable and helpful. Lowes has earned my business. Customer service does it again.
