They are going to overcharge you every step of the way. From the diagnosis, to the upcharge on the parts, and the total price. They lie about what’s wrong with your car just to get more out of you. While I was sitting in the shop waiting for my car I overheard them charge a guy $500 for a $100 part. Then they lied to me saying I can’t replace the head gasket I need to replace the whole engine and they don’t manufacture my cars engine anymore so I would have to spend $9000 total for a new engine to be replaced. They wanted to charge me $3500 for the same exact motor I found online for $1500. They wanted to charge an extra $2000 just for the motor. They are just trying to over charge you at every step of your experience with them. Bring your car anywhere but here.
