0 star if I could. I spend hundreds at this place on my aquarium I had 3 fish die before I got home to put them into the tank I brought them back the next day and the lady in the fish section said I cross contaminated the bag how dose that make sense if the fish didn't leave the bag to even go into the aquarium? Customer service is slow and very disrespectful have had many problems with this place do not Recommend!! have a bunch of idiots that have no idea what there talking about when it comes to fish bought some frogs days before and the guy was scooping them out of the tank and dropped one on the floor and still threw it in my bag like it was normal that he dropped them from 5 feet high place is declining very fastly over the last few years😪

I brought my dog in , 2nd visit. This time was just for nail trimming. I think the girl was unsure about Benny. The nail trimming
Looked almost the same as when he went in. The first time was for a bath, drying and nails trimmed.
That visit was perfect, 2nd however not so good. My dog's name is Benny.

Employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful with answering questions and help finding products. The Seabrook NH location is the best of the other 4 PetSmart locations I've shopped at by far.

Pre order our dog food here a lot. Employees very helpful, quick to fix things if something goes wrong like items missing and stuff like that

This review is not in regard to my experience at PetSmart, which has been very good for years. This review is in response to a scathing review, left by Victoria S. of Seabrook. Dear Victoria, I very rarely read reviews and have never responded to another's review, however your review screams for a response. Did you see your dog get strangled, Victoria; if not, how could you write such a thing? Furthermore, if your Chihuahua is 27 pounds...I hope the 'mix' is of larger dog...it is very unhealthy for a dog to be overweight. If your dog "is not great for this kind of thing", you should find a groomer who specializes in troubled dogs or seek medication. My standard poodle, rescued from the Asian meat markets, has never had trouble being groomed at PetSmart although she had been tortured for the first year of her life. Every groomer, even the inexperienced, has been very gentle and kind. Donna S. Amesbury

I recently had my black lab groomed at the Seabrook NH location for the 1st time. My usual location is Plaistow but they were all booked. I paid $93 for the furminator bath and brush the price above includes the additional $20 for the additional brushing, nail grinding etc. The level of disappointed and dissatisfaction I have with this location and the person whom tended to my dog is what has compelled me to leave this review. Upon dropping off my girl the attendee was rude and had to back pedal her own statements. When I arrived to pick up girl, I had a groomer loudly complain about have the brush the dog she was current tending too undercoat. 2nd red flag. Neither attendee on at that moment seemed to be able to control the dogs well. Finally when home, and I saw how much fur was still loose (because that is what the furminating shampoo does is loosen the fur) and still on my girl. It clicked that the groomer didn’t do any of the brushing let alone the extra I paid for. The fact that I paid nearly $100 received terrible service, did not get the results I paid for, as well of my dog being there nearly 3 hours. I have never had this terrible of an experience in Plaistow and that is where I will go for future needs. Thank you Seabrook for me having to redo the groom I paid you for myself.
