I would rent from the facility again. Not only do they keep the interior and exterior of the property immensely clean, but I feel that the staff takes pride in their ability and willingness to assist. I had the pleasure of meeting Linda!, Not only did she answer all of my questions ( and I had many) with a very friendly smile, but she had patiently held the door for me when I was trying to navigate the trolley cart without me even having to ask. If you choose to rent at this location you will not be disappointed.

Doing a cross country move includes a lot of moving parts and tons of logistics. Tricia, at Public Storage in Seabrook, went so far above and beyond to help this aspect of our move to be easy and pain free. We are so grateful for all of the time and effort she put into helping us navigate a tricky and confusing system.

We had a bit of a complicated move and obtaining storage space that also allowed us to have a pod delivered near our unit was made possible by Trisha who went WAYYYY out of her way to help both me and my wife. She simply could not have been more helpful or pleasant to work with.
That said, the toll free overseas support team is the exact opposite.

Tricia was so accommodating by showing me 3 unit sizes. Then because I erroneously selected an outside unit she kindly changed my choice to a climate controlled inside unit with a great selection of choices!! I highly recommend Public Storage.

Great facility. Obviously very well managed. spotless and convenient. Met Tricia, property supervisor. Couldn't be nicer. Knows her business like no one else. Very customer service oriented and fun at the same time. Plan on being a renter here for a long time!!!!!!!!!!!

Tricia is AMAZING!! So helpful, she walked me all around and showed me the ropes. After I moved out, she did a lock check and realized that I didn’t fully secure my unit and I got an email listen 24 hours after I moved in, so I immediately showed up and she guided me through how best to secure it. Moving can be so stressful and she certainly made this a whole lot easier! Such a, happy face to see in the halls. Would highly recommend this location, the cleanliness and the ease.
