I got called an idiot but the clerk. I gave him my id for a pack of cigarettes. He kept staring and my id then me for like 2 solid minutes. Then kept asking me questions. He was extremely rude and doesn’t need to be in customer service

The clerk at this store violated the Americans with disability act that by refusing a disabled person service. Additionally, the clerk made the customer cry, but refusing to accept her EBT card and embarrassing her out loud in front of all the customers. He said that store only caters to people who work !! Unforgivable!
