Terrible costumer service, women seemed put and kept saying “ I don’t know “ when we asked her if she had a product. Later then kept us on hold and never picked up again. Also kept sighing when asking questions, didn’t seem to be acting like she was working.

I love shopping at sephora but I just watched. A manager get verbally acted but another employee. It made me feel so umcomfortable. I honestly was ready to walk. I looked at the manager an told Im sorry but that was so uncalled for. She apologized to which I told no need to apologize she needs to apologize to you. Doing that infront of customers in the store was not right at all. To manager at Sephora you deserve so much praise for keeping calm an handling that and to the other employee I really hope karma does you a favor
