Brought in a piece of equipment that I needed to color match, they put it under the colorimeter, and I had my paint 5 minutes later. A very efficient transaction.

Every time I have entered the Seabrook store, the gentleman is always extremely helpful. I easily get anxious and overwhelmed when I shop, but I can honestly say this is one of the only places I don't because I know there will be a friendly face that can answer all my questions.The store is well organized, bright and airy—it's just an overall fantastic experience. And when they have deals like they did today (40% off!), you just can't beat it.

The women that works here is very rude. Very bad customer service. She told me to wait to get cashed out. She went outback and was texting on her phone for about 10 min. This is the third time i came here and had poor service here with her. Great paint but try not to be waited by her.

Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the deck stain I was looking for. I had been told to use "duck back". The sale assoc. knew what I was referring to and let me know they changed the name and pointed me in the right direction.I also let him know I was painting a metal vent cover. He perfectly color matched a quart of exterior paint for multisurfaces.

This was the first time I have painted anything. I was intimidated initially, but the sales associated at the Sherman Williams store were incredibly helpful. The helped suggest the appropriate paints and then applied coupons to give us the biggest bang for our buck. I am incredibly satisfied with the product and our freshly painted condo looks great! While it may be cheaper to find paints elsewhere, I feel like the service and quality provided by Sherman Williams is worth it
