I recently visited the T-Mobile store in Seabrook, NH with my in-laws, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of excellent. The sales associate, Felicia, provided us with exceptional service that truly stood out. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel welcome and at ease. The process of upgrading our phones, which I anticipated to be quite daunting, was made seamless and easy, thanks to their expertise and attentiveness. They patiently answered all our questions and ensured that we got the best deals possible. I am thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and the high level of customer service at this store. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to upgrade their phone without the hassle. It's clear that the staff here, especially Felicia, are committed to providing a great customer experience.

Never go to this store! My wife went to this store to upgrade her phone because we were told that if we upgraded her phone that the $150 balloon payment on her current phone would be credited. That is where the issue started with this store. The gentleman sold her the the highest priced phone in the store. Maybe it is the best available but certainly not necessary and probably got them the best commission. They then told her that she needed to buy a new USB-C charger because her current USB-C charger won't work. Then they told her that the $40 screen protector was part of an insurance program that was needed.During this process, they added a new phone line to our account for $20 additional per month. When she asked about the $150 credit, she was told that T-Mobile service would need to provide. When speaking to T-Mobile it was learned that the store had to do this change so we went BACK to the store to have this done. This was a 2 hour process that the manager assured us that it had gone through but couldn't get verification from the system. We asked for an email confirmation and they agreed to do so (during this time, we returned the screen protector and charger) A week later, we not only learned that the credit was never applied but also learned that an additional line was added which we were being charged for.Fortunately, T-Mobile corporate was able to override and credit us the $150 and also remove the additional line that they set up.Funny thing was is every time we questioned each of these odd charges, there was an excuse given. Will never go back to this store and recommend going to Portsmouth T Mobile corporate store.

Visited the store for a simple upgrade of my current device. Assisted by an individual whom clearly was trying their best. Unfortunately they had to ask fellow employees several times for assistance, which is not a problem; what was is the way the NONE of the other employees would stay to assist. They both retreated to a corner of the store and mocked the employee, giggled, and very much unaware that their pettiness was only harming me, the customer. By doing this the other employee continued to make what should have been a quick switch a 90 min ordeal. As we neared the completion of the transaction there was a need contact T-Mobile store customer support. While on speaker phone the customer support was able to quickly and efficiently fix the problem and instructed the employee on how to proceed with the completion of the my transactions. Customer support stated that they would need an assistant manager, manager, or district manager to finalize the transaction. The Employee assisting me then request the assistant manger's (whom was present the entire time) assistance. The Assistant Manger walked over then stated "I am not dealing with that right now". The assistant manager then told me to return tomorrow and "have the Manager deal it". I politely informed the Assistant Manger that I did hear the Support person on the phone specifically mention that assistant mangers could complete the transaction and I had the time to wait till after he assisted the custom he was managing. He then stated "this involves inventory numbers and I am not doing it now". So, after 90 mins I walked out without my new phone. I would also like to mention the sale employee insisted that I needed a new charging brick ($20.00) as any old bricks "would fry the mother board". Now I am a female, but I am not uneducated. I entered the store knowing what I wanted after doing significant research. So I knew this wasn't true, I knew I wouldn't get the fastest charge possible, but in no way would my old charging bricks "fry the mother board"

Worth the drive to Portsmouth for a more professional and accommodating experience . It is always stressful going to the seabrook store. Every time I go in it’s a new employee and they never act like they want anything to do with being there or helping anyone. Not often do I write reviews but it is never a good experience at this location.

If you want the antithesis of good customer service, visit the Seabrook T- Mobile store. If you want very good customer service, suggest you visit the T-Mobile store in Portsmouth. I’ve visited the Seabrook store twice. The first time, which was many months, I walked out scratching my head. Today, I walked out very annoyed when dealing with a trainee who was being observed by her trainer, the so-called assistant manager. Both of them wouldn’t last a day in a truly professional setting. Note that this store is a third-party store. That may be the reason for the cavalier attitude I experienced.

While I’ve had some frustrating (to say the least) experiences here in the past, things have turned around since Roger became manager. He understands what is happening and what I am saying to him. He looks at the situation and gets it. He hears me and corrects the things that need to be corrected. When he says he is going to do something he does it. I don’t have to wonder if he is blowing hot air.We switched from Verizon a few years ago and this was going to be our last attempt to stick with T-Mobile. Even though it does save us money it wasn’t worth the difficulties of the miscommunications from this store. We had paid hundreds of extra dollars because of it!As long as Roger stays here, and I can reach him, we will stay with T-Mobile. I told him recently that I believe he should be training everybody. He said “oh! I’m manger”. I said “no, EVERYBODY”.As much as I don’t want to lose him I believe Roger should be training at the corporate level. I suspect the customer service would increase so significantly that people would flock from their current carrier to T-Mobile.A year ago I would given this store 1 star- which is why I never reviewed it. Today it’s 4. And if Roger stays I’m sure it will be up to 5 by next year. Though honestly, I expect he won’t stay because he will work his way up.

Awful experience! I'm a Sprint customer and was trying to upgrade and add a line. Since T-Moblie bought them out. I had lots of questions about the merge and what kind of deal I could get..The girl had a massive attitude problem, did not want to help, and was busy on her phone. Needless to say 3 hrs later and no upgrade or added line. I'll not be back to this location.

Today, December 17 my wife and I along with seven other people stood in front of the store from 10 o’clock till 10:25 and it never opened. We came back at 11 o’clock and waited 10 minutes more and it never opened. The store was supposed to be open at 10 AM. If this is the Way T-Mobile operates maybe Verizon or AT&T would be a better choice.

Wanted to just give Deziree a shout out for helping me for hours in the store when I had my two children with me. She is professional and personable and just wonderful at her job. Thank you for all your help with getting my sons phone hooked up.

Thanks to Elijah and Mike for helping me out the past couple of days. Companies are only as good as their representatives, and I must say, Elijah is exemplary. Not only did he go above and beyond helping me, but I watched him handle multiple tough situations with grace and respect. Additionally, Elijah helped me solve an issue with a screen protector I purchased, being patient and helping me until I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend any T-Mobile customer to ask for Elijah next time they are visiting this location.

This store is a joke. I went in there tonight to add a phone to my plan and upgrade my fiancés phone and all of a sudden they couldn't help us because supposably our account was not switched from sprint to T-Mobile even though we did this a long time ago. Every time I go there it is young people working that don't want to work! I am sick of this and I am thinking of going to a different company because this is just to much of a hassle every time I go in this store and I am not traveling over a half an hour away just to go to a different one. I shouldn't have to waste my gas because you can't get people to work at your store that can use their brains to do their job!

This location was understaffed, but still went above and beyond with their service! My family was trying to transfer from Sprint to T-Mobile and upgrade phones and it seemed complicated for a number of reasons, but Roger was very clear and effective in quickly laying out our options before proceeding. Throughout the process he walked us through and kept us updated. He even stayed past closing time to assist me. I was very happy with the service and result even if the process took a while.

Went in this morning to purchase a new phone before starting my vacation. My old phone's glass was damaged, but it was still functioning perfectly. An employee swapped out the SIM card, then replaced the old one and then informed me that they couldn't sell me a new phone because their "system was down nationwide". They said it has been down for four days. I told them I would come back later. When I got home, I saw my old phone was no longer functional. I went back to complain and all they said was we're sorry. They couldn't even sell me a new phone to replace it. Unacceptable. I've been with them for over 11 years. Now I know why the customer before me was screaming at the top of his lungs at the manager when I first walked in. Stay away if you don't want your day ruined.
