Went to the Home Depot this weekend and I tried to use the bathroom and it had a very unpleasant smell and there was feces all over the tiling and some employes orange vest on the floor with the smell coming from there. My child had to leave the bathroom because it was so bad and I heard sexual noises coming from the bathroom stall (the big one) where the employee was sitting (with his clothes off) all of his clothes were off and draped on the floor, as a parent I stayed there and waited to confront the worker and some red haired heavyset middle aged man came out of the bathroom with a shocked look on his face as I accused him of doing inappropriate behavior in the bathroom and he told me his name was Nick lapointe but his name Nate said salem. Very unhappy with this disgusting behavior. As I left he let out a booming flatulence that wafted towards me. Extremely unprofessional behavior and now my son has pink eye. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!!!

I placed a Web order for pick up. When I got to Home Depot, they could not find my order. The young lady gave me the aisle and bay info and I had to go get the pieces myself. Had I have been in the mood for shopping that would've been fine. The whole reason I placed a Web order is because I wanted to pick it up and leave in a hurry. I understand that accidents happen. Hopefully they will look into it to make sure there is not an outstanding problem.

My wife bought a milwaukee m18 18 guage finish nailer for Christmas for her son. Come to find out it is something he already has and wanted to get a store credit to pick something different out. She can not find the receipt and was helped by one of the employees at the Seabrook NH store and during checkout and thinks she completely forgot to grab the receipt. She bought it on Christams eve. She tried to return today for a store credit and was denied. As a contractor that does a lot of business with home depot and am there at least 3 days a week. I find this completely disheartening that she cannot be helped and there is supposedly nothing that anybody can do because there is a third party return company. This was a Christmas present and now she is completely stuck. This is not right. Home Depot does not lose 1 cent by letting her return for a store credit. Horrible policy by Home Depot

2.5 stars rounding to 3. nothing crazy of a store overall. pretty similar to other home depot's. staff were ok. a lot of the plants on sale were bought out.

These people are in the business of being dishonest. Sold broken down horrible kitchen-promised compensation…9 months later still fighting for money / do not trust Scott- he is the assistant manager -full of lies- plenty of emails from this man promising money back and nothing ! Strings of emails with promises of money sent from corporate….lies! if you don’t want to end up in court with these people that I suggest you find professionals to build your kitchen!!!!! Do not go to Seabrook Home Depot- they are crooks!

Went today to purchase a Toro Chainsaw. The inventory from the website had the location wrong which was fine as I was there a couple of days earlier purchasing a Toro blower/trimmer so I figured out where it really was. I needed to purchase chainsaw oil, which the website said there was qty 35 available. There was nothing on the shelf. After looking for 5 minutes for someone to help, I went to the service desk and they said someone would right over to help. After 15 minutes I headed back to the service desk and ran into an employee. I asked for help and he told me he does not work that dept and kept walking. When back to the service desk and again I was told someone would be over. After several minutes the guy who refused to help me ("not my dept") shows up. I showed him the shelf where the item should have been. He scanned the tag on the shelf 4 times (not sure why) and seemed lost. Another employ showed up. He tried to get me to purchase a similar item but after waiting all this time I wanted the item I waited for. They walked around looking at the top shelf (never pulled the steps out to actually look on the upper shelf) and then said they had no more (hard to believe with the qty reported as 35). I was done wasting time grabbed the other bottle of oil and headed to check-out. I passed the customer server desk and my frustration level was high, so I though I share my thoughts with the manager. CS called for the manager and after 5 minutes the 2nd person who was looking for the oil came up. I expressed my frustrations and all he said was, "OK","OK",OK"... Looked totally uninterested and when I was done he just looked at me. No I'm sorry, etc. I walked away headed to the checkout and then I thought why would I buy anything from this store and give them my money. I brought the cart back to the manager and told him I could not in good conscience give them my money and handed him the cart. I would have gone down the Lowes if they sold Toro, but hey don't. I will be going to my local Ace Hardware where they actually care about customers. I plan on never going back to this HD

Horrible customer service! We live almost 2 hours away but had ordered fence panels from this store because nowhere else had them in stock. Called the day prior to confirm that they were actually there and were told to call again the next morning because they had just gotten a shipment. We did and were told there were no fence panels and we would get refunded. Five minutes later we received an email saying our order was ready for pickup. Called the store again to confirm and

I'm sorry to report that each time I've shopped at this location there's always a negative issue. I'm not a NH resident. However it clearly states that entering the store masks / face coverings are mandatory. I'm also aware that the company has specifically mandated the same for ALL their associates... Well, during my visit today I counted several associates either pulling their masks down so they did absolutely no good. Or, masks are not covering their noses.. What is that about???? I needed to return some items and had to wait at the dreaded customer service area. And the maybe second time I've returned something I got the same miserable associate... She is because the last visit went so poorly that I couldn't possibly forget. So here we go again... Before I could even explain that I had 2 separate receipts, she jumped on me that I needed to be ready? WT___,! Ready for what? Of course noticing that her mask was down, I asked that if she was going to assist me that she stay behind the barrier....ok, so things werent starting off real well... Hey, if they aren't going to comply with wearing the facial covering properly, I want to be safe. She grabbed the stuff and was so difficult I said it looks like we need an SM to assist.... Amazing how all the hostility stopped and she got quiet. There was something that needed to be looked up - due to my experience as an employee I guided her through it and again, the nasty vicious attitude.... ALL I wanted was to return items that I'm unable to use.. that is all and I don't care whether you want to help me or not. If you hate your job then either try to be moved to another dept....or go somewhere else! So eventually the return was completed. I left and went to purchase 1 cleaning item I needed... Came over to self checkout & noticed I was getting the stink eye from a cashier - again with a face covering NOT worn properly. . Are these people all related ? Or what? This is crazy! I'm all done with this location.... Lowe's across the street may be a better option.

Ordered and paid for a chest freezer this morning. Got a confirmation email and drove over an hour to pick it up. Only to be told that they didn’t have it in stock? Half the employees in the store were standing around talking with each other, but not one person had the skills needed to call and tell me that my order had been cancelled? Not even an email? Horrible service, never been in a Home Depot and seen so many employees doing nothing ( although someone had checked the stock room and realized there was no freezer there)..Guess their job description didn’t involve any further action.
