Shout out to Raffie for all his help!
Otherwise this location was horrible. Went this morning with my husband to buy a trailer for the time ever, literally the most unhelpful employees ever. The older woman at the check out counter went silent as soon as I went to the check out counter, didn’t even bother to look me in the face or say more than two words while she was checking me out which is usually fine by me, but keep it consistent with every customer not just the only Asian person in the entire store. She was all smiley and laughy and so sweet with everyone else . I had to coax her into showing me where a product they had in the store was, and then while she was halfway to showing me another employee walked by and she made them help me instead. Like I said, just keep The tone consistent with every customer.
In terms of the trailer, there were clearly other people who were more experienced in the sale of it, and yet they let a newer employee who has never had to do it before, handle the sale and trailer prep himself, which I guess is a learning experience, but he had to run back in and out to ask all these questions that we had to ask him, and he was so gracious about it.
We then went to the RMV later in the day to register it and were told we needed to go back to the store because they didn’t fill out a portion of something and when we went back to the store, the manager gave his employee yet again The wrong information and the RMV told us that the store themselves needs to fill out the store information on the form and not give a pen to my husband to write it down and they weren’t going to accept it so that was a potentially a third trip to the Rmv.
Again…proper employee training definitely needs to be done, do your entire research before you go on what you exactly need and save yourself multiple trips. Shout out to Raffie for being so helpful as best as he could.

I go there every week and give my dog a bath and ALWAYS make sure to clean up after myself. My dog has itchy skin under his armpits so I brought shavers to shave that one spot. ( which I always do) well a guy I presume manger I’ve never seen before opens the door and was so rude and abrupt. He said you cant do that here with a very rude and annoyed tone. I said oh I’m sorry I do this every week and was never told and he then slammed the door and walked away. I’ve never had a bad experience and I’ve never been talked to like that at tractor supply. If he had told me nicely this wouldn’t have been a bad review. Never been told this before and my dog is 3 and I do this almost every week.

There was about one staff member that was excelling at his job today at tractor supply and it was the gentleman at the register everyone else at that store acted like they were high or drunk. I went to buy chicks the gentleman at the chick area, said that I only had to buy two in reality. You need to buy four and it’s two ducks that is the policy. I was questioning him On when the policy changed and he was not able to answer my question, he also dropped one of the chickens upside down into The box, but she put no shavings in after I paid for the chicks. I was told I had to return them because they hadn’t received their merricke vaccine yet So I returned them, but I’m really questioning the capabilities of this location

My repeated visits to this tractor supply store have been consistently pleasant thanks to the Manager Kia's helpfulness and warm hospitality, which makes shopping here a genuinely enjoyable experience.

Usually what I need is not in stock. The Greenland or Brentwood TS is much better. Also, several horse supplements I have purchased have had the safety seals opened so I'm assuming they are returns from someone whose horse won't eat it. I don't want to feed someone else's returned stuff. Check the products carefully before buying if they are consumable.

Good store with lots of great product. However, I will never bring my pet to their pet washing station at the Seabrook NH location ever again. The room looked like it hadn’t been clean in a long time. Dog hair everywhere. In the baths, on the floor, and on the drying table. While we were washing our dog we noticed a lot of water filling up on the floor, turns out the pipe to drain the tub was broken and was spilling water all over the ground. Clearly there is not much maintenance of the pet washing station. Our furry friends deserve better!

JC the store manager is really helpful and knowledgeable about chickens. Went in when my chicken wasn’t feeling well and he recommended a supplement for her. She’s back to her normal self today. Really appreciative of the help I get when I’ve gone in there.
