I had the pleasant experience being serviced for a data transfer on my new Samsung phone by Alexander Morris. He was by far the most polite, helpfull, patient sales person I have dealt with at the Seabrook Verizon. Alex went above and beyond what was required. You are fortunate to have Alex as an excellent employee.

We’ve consistently used the Seabrook store over the years and have always been satisfied with the salespeople there, but my recent visit to acquire upgraded phones was beyond compare in terms of customer satisfaction. An agent named Ramses helped throughout and was so very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient that a two hour transaction felt as if it was only 20 minutes. Although he’s only in his twenties, he guided this “60-something” gal through all aspects of the transaction with patience, humor, and understanding. Don’t sleep on using this location and be sure to ask for Ramses! You won’t be sorry!

I was overwhelmed with the kindness, knowledge and ability to work out a difficult situation with my account by Jillian, I cannot express how seamlessly the entire ordeal turned into a positive experience.
The store was very busy and everyone was very nice and courteous, Jillian especially went above and beyond to help me with my account.
I highly recommend the Seabrook Verizon and want to publicly thank Jillian for outstanding customer service.

I recently came in to upgrade my phone and I was helped by Canon. He explained all the deals and pricing that were available and helped me choose a deal that was perfect for me. Great customer service and I appreciate his help.

Recently switched carriers over to Verizon, I normally dread these types of things but an employee I believe by the name of Ramses helped me make the switch and it was honestly very fast and easy. He explained all the features and benefits of Verizon which is a lot more than I was getting from my carrier. I was able to get a new phone and watch while getting a lower bill. Not only am I impressed with Verizon but also how well the Ramses was very informative, accommodating, and personable. 5/5!

We worked with Jonathan Aveni to secure 2 new phones. He worked with us to resolve all issues including personally accompanying us to TMobile to remove lock on previous phone. He was knowledgeable, very pleasant and followed up after to assure every was good. He was awesome.

Phenomenal experience with Danny on a rainy Friday night. Went in to upgrade 1 phone, ended up leaving with 3 phones and reducing my bill. Danny was patient, thorough and friendly. Highly recommend this location and Danny!
