The customer service from the moment I walked in, was an attentive, personal, kind, and knowledgeable. Being someone who has low self-esteem, it's not easy picking out glasses was a great experience. The provider didn't talk down to me explained my eyes's in terms I could understand

Went in an active prescription, picked out the frames I wanted, they fitted them for my PD. Now I wait a week or so for the prescription to be made. Easy Peasy.

Went to my eye doctor and I have two different scripts for each eye, finally got around to get an eye exam and six years I have been seeing incorrectly therefore causing severe issues with driving and migraine issues because they put the wrong lense with the wrong script, I wish I had made an appt sooner with the new provider because I for sure thought I was going completely blind and the migraines have been unrealThanks guys for keeping $600 and causing me hell for years

Can't beat their BOGO offer! I got a pair of tri-focals for indoor use plus a pair of equal value trifocal sunglasses at no additional cost. Their prices are not inflated. The price for the trifocals was comparable to other places I've shopped.

Jessie K and Dawna are the most helpful and professional people in the Eyecare business. Their store has more selection than anyone and they are so friendly and welcoming. Don’t hesitate one minute this is where you want to shop.

Friendly and helpful staff, especially Dawna! I used to go to smaller private shops, but this is now my go to store. Saved $$ and had a great experience. The automated answering system could be improved though

Awesome customer service! I’ve had great experience with the store here at Seabrook, NH, from my eye examination, to purchasing of my frame, and follow-ups.

Dr. Sawa is amazing and efficient. Shes the only good part about this office. I had to go in multiple times during the summer. One woman Donna who i think was the manager tried arguing with me about the size of some of the glasses when she confused the measurements in mm. Then her BF and son came in just before they closed and hung out while I was there trying out frames. All she and the other 2 did was make rude comments about other patients and made fun of people for wearing masks during covid. Then a few months later I got a bill in the mail. I tried calling the office to make a payment and the same woman picked up. She claimed that they just switched to a new system and had none of my information on file. Then treated me like I was supposed to know all of this as if I worked there and that I was wasting her time. So, I believe Dr. Sawa should work elsewhere. This place doesn't deserve her. She was great and the rest of the staff were completely incompetent.

This was my second time getting my prescription and glasses ordering done at this Visionworks location. I’ve spent my last 4 years (college) living in northern Maine, where the majority of optometrists are not accepting new patients or have wait-times of 6+ months. When I needed a new pair of glasses and prescription last year, this was the closest place of the many places I called/contacted that were willing to take me with such little notice as a new patient. I was hesitant driving 4+ hours one-way, but with the service I received, I was glad I did. My appointment was great, and the glasses were shipped free of charge and of good quality. That, however, was last year. This year, when I made an appointment to coincide with a day that I’d be driving through NH, my experience was vastly different. The optometrist, Dr. Sawa, was 15+ minutes late coming back from lunch (in her office) for my appointment. That’s perfectly fine, it happens. With my prescription, I ordered two pairs of glasses. Frame selection and quality is decent, even if a little pricey. They’re glasses in 2023 not bought online in bulk, I’m not expecting it to be cheap. I explained that I needed them shipped like last year, and was told that could easily be done. I provided my address along with the order, and waited. That was March 22nd. I received an email notifying me that 1 pair of my glasses were ready for pickup. They told me they would send them once the glasses arrived, so I assumed this was an email sent automatically. Additional weeks went by, without any additional contact other than emails asking if I liked my new glasses. I waited a bit longer, figuring that the other pair hadn’t arrived yet. Finally, on April 27th, I had enough of waiting. I called, and Donna answered the phone. I inquired about my glasses, and was rudely informed that she contacted me yesterday about a pair! When I explained that I didn’t receive that communication, Donna became more irate and combative. Also, what about the other pair?! Donna argued that she “didn’t deal with me” and didn’t know what more to tell me. She combatively claimed that I clearly must have picked up the other pair, despite having not been west of Bangor, Maine since March! I asked if my 100-day guarantee would apply to the date of shipping, and Donna explained that I would only be eligible from the day of notification, which means I’m already considerably into that 100 days on the missing pair! The arguing continued until the end, where Donna asked if there was anything else. I tried to explain that I felt rather hurt and discouraged when I was simply inquiring about the status of my glasses, and future customers probably shouldn’t be subjected to that. Donna immediately started shouting back for a few seconds, collected herself, and then said “Thanks for your feedback”. At this point, I ended the call.Customer service was very responsive and concerned, and contacted a different employee to help me get the tracking number for my order.Hopefully both glasses arrive and look good, as customer service wasn’t able to promise an updated 100 days. I’m about to graduate, I don’t have time for an unplanned day trip to exchange my glasses. I appreciate everyone else I’ve interacted with, but Donna’s presence has deeply soured my experience, and I would never even consider coming back.
