Amazing experience! I recently lost my job and had been behind on a few payments I called and talked to I believe jeanelee and she helped me out the best she could and we scheduled a date that I can make a payment and catch back up! Thank you!

The 2 girls I know one is Jenna Lee are just the worst. Rude! Won’t take calls and talk to customers. Won’t acknowledge you when you walk in the store. The store manager and dm are no better they just don’t care. They act like they are better than you. Trust me go to rent a center if you have to go this route they at least pretend to be kind.

This is by far the worse furniture rental store experience I ever had. The store was closed on 3 prior attempts during weekdays on supposed operating hours, with no employees to be found besides one dumping trash from his personal vehicle that just ignored us. Then finally when the store was open my husband & I went to look in the showroom for furniture for our new home & the female employee inside was rude & never even came out of the office to offer any help, she just sat there on her phone. So we left & won't be back. Not even worth a 1 star review.

Haley went above and beyond for us. She was kind and very helpful. It's people like her that make customers come back. She deserves more than 5 stars but unfortunately there isn't an option for that. Can't wait to come back for more items and to have that experience again. 20 stars is what she deserves and a raise.?

Worked here. Regional manager Eric doesn't know how to run the Somersworth store let alone any store. He doesn't appreciate his ethnic workers, and the products are all damaged as they come in and when they get delivered. The people in the area of Somersworth, dover, etc just deal with it because they get much cheaper rates that the hr doesn't know about. They gave alot of racist customers and also employees that work with the company. I've dealt with a recent incident and it's still being investigated. Horrible place and will be getting closed very soon.

Was scheduled to have my loaner fridge swapped out with our original unit tonight. After waiting my wife decided to call the store and. Mind you calling more then once until Haley answered (the one who set the appointment up with me) and claims she forgot to call us to let us know it’s not coming? This certainly didn’t happen when I dealt with mr.Mitchell when my concerns first came up with my fridge.

Listen this place and Hailey is awesome we went got turned down and had to try a Massachusetts store when we went to Lowell and Lawrence they told us 2 month wait so back up to Somersworth NH and she took care of us best service and help,good laughs and will definitely be back to get more items keep working hard :)

Very friendly and helpful, but the manager there wouldn't ask me what kind of mattress I wanted for my son , so he gave me an expensive one that is already sinking in and you can't turn it over to even the mattress out. Other than that make sure you tell them what you want because if you don't you won't get it.

I'm about 10 seconds away for returning my bed because the store manager will not call me backMy mattress is defective store manager ordered me the wrong mattress doesn't have a pillow top like I wanted 9 in instead of 12 inch mattress felt to go somewhere else or just buy an air mattress for myself

Other than that make sure you tell them what you want because if you don't you won't get it.

This guy that works there has a real bad attitude very very rude to potential customers just asking about info, we have since taken our business elsewhere, learn to be nice to customers and not cop an attitude ?
