Very professional and great customer service. We purchased a dozen hats for a group gathering and they spent time assisting us with the logo and picking out the exact model we needed. The hats look great and the quality is excellent. They also made sure the hats would be ready in time for our group gathering. Thank you Theryn McDonough and the rest of the Blue Dolphin team.

This review is submitted by my husband: This review is in regard to employment there. Written by husband: THIS IS NOT A PLACE YOU WANT TO WORK. After being furloughed from this company in March, 2020, I rarely heard from them despite the fact that they had assured employees they would be "kept up to date weekly" on the company status. Weeks would go by without a word from them, sometimes a month or more. When employees reached out in emails to learn when they might return to work, many times emails went unanswered or replies were vague. I personally witnessed numerous large sales being cancelled by clients in March just before being furloughed! My wife reminded me of another incident there around Christmas, and by May we knew that something was 'fishy' and very wrong. I decided back then that I no longer wanted to work there for this and other reasons, and I actively started looking for and interviewing for a new job. We were very happy that we made this decision. I was offered a good job in early July that I accepted, and a couple weeks after this, an email came from Blue Dolphin to me and other employees simply stating that BD had lost a drastic amount of business, and that they were now no longer furloughed, but out of a job. In late June, reps from the company told a different story about 3 people there having Covid, and that no one was allowed in, and they were going to have to fumigate. There was a very different story on their site, of a skeleton crew working, and that had been working all along. In any case, They KNEW they were not going to be back in business as they had been. They knew it was coming for a long time but lied to employees, treating them with no respect, and then pulling the rug out from under some when it was convenient for them. They were unprofessional and dishonest. We fully expected something like this for months so were not surprised at all when the email came. I had wanted a new job also because the pay there was lower than I had been making but also because as a senior graphic designer, artist, designer, and art director. I wanted a position with the ability to do those things. At this company I was extremely limited, with no opportunity for creativity. I am very happy that I could see early on what was coming and had already accepted a better job, but we felt very sorry for employees who had the bomb dropped on them---Some had been loyal employees for many years. This business will never get the truly high quality employees, or have employee loyalty in the future (if they are still in business) because of the shabby and disrespectful way they treat people. Everyone there is expendable.

They were cowardly and dishonest in the extreme. We fully expected something like this for months so were not surprised when the email came. We were very happy that my husband had already accepted a better job, but we felt very sorry for the employees who had the bomb dropped on them---Some had been loyal employees for many years. Husband is leaving reviews on this business on all company review sites. This business will never get high quality employees, or have their loyalty in the future (if they are still in business) because of the shabby and disrespectful way they treat people.

We needed T-shirts for recent customer appreciation events at Sea Dogs and Fisher Cats baseball games. Our rep Scott helped us choose shirts within our budget that were also of good quality. He and the team at Blue Dolphin turned them around in time for our events, and the shirts looked fantastic! We've also ordered ball caps and embroidered button-down shirts for our technicians. Doing business with a local company and supporting our neighbors is also a plus!

I manage a small business that has used Blue Dolphin for years. They do great screen printing! Our rep, Roni, is fantastic as coming up with hip new styles and items for us to carry. Their turnaround is quick and the products they carry are great. They’ve been a joy to work with!

The quality and variety is unrivaled and the sales and customer team is incredibly responsive, engaged, and creative. SKUs, inventory, diecuts, print colors, and the like are a lot to sort through as a small business owner - their crew understands where we're coming from and helps us get top-notch Tees and products over the finish line - ahead of schedule!!
