We moved from NH to NC and I recommend Burkes moving 100%. When we found out our closing in NH and NC were about 2 weeks apart Burkes moving was very accommodating and held our belongings in storage. Then our closing was delayed down in NC and again Burkes moving was very accommodating and delayed the arrival of our belongings to coincide with our actual move in date. Also, special thanks to Pat Whitney who was always keeping me updated and informed about the process. Thank you to your Driver Vance who was very professional and personable. Moving can be very stressful but we had less thing to worry about when we chose Burkes moving.

Burke Moving & Storage processed our estimate through email and pictures. They beat a bid from another local, and professional moving company. They called when they were on their way. Show up on time and were friendly and professional. They were careful with all items moved and most were extremely heavy. They also did not get frustrated when they needed to partially disassemble a treadmill in order to get it out of one of our bedrooms. They packed all items in storage for us and did an amazing job! Thank you Burke Moving and Storage Company!

I hired these guys to move some furniture. They were incredibly professional and fast.
It was also over 90 degrees the day they worked for me.
They masterfully maneuvered tight corners and when they were done, it was like they were never there other than everything being moved.
I would totally recommend hiring these guys for your moving needs

The crew worked very quickly which is the only thing positive we can say. There seemed to be little to no common sense involved in the packing process. Dirty towels were packed from the shower stall, for example. The boxes for our job had been previously used for other jobs so there was conflicting info written on them. They refused to unpack anything at the destination, despite the web page asserting they provide expert packing and unpacking services. We have found damaged and broken items. When they left the site we moved out of, they left every window upstairs wide open. They did not wrap glassware in paper. They did not wrap coffee mugs in paper. They put together the Sleep Number bed incorrectly so that the head could not raise. See various photos of some of these issues.

We had a baby grand piano moved from over an hour away. The 4 movers did an amazing job! They were fast, professional, careful and so friendly. I highly recommend Burke Moving after having such a wonderful experience. Thank you!
