The attendants working at this pharmacy are the most incompetent people I've ever met in my life. I handed in a script for them to fill for my dying cat, created a profile for him, and told them his date of birth. When I went to pick it up, they told me they lost the medication and didn't know where it is, then also said that they couldn't verify because I told them the wrong date of birth (I did not). I asked to see the paperwork I handed in because that has his date of birth on it, they told me they lost it. I went home and called the pharmacy to check since the lady working the register refused to let me talk to someone else. The lady I spoke to on the phone told me the prescription was filled and ready to go for my cat and said a date of birth that was completely different from the one I had provided and was listed on his paperwork. I will never again use another CVS, especially not this one.

My online experience wasn’t the best when trying to schedule a Covid booster appointment but the staff at the new CVS on Sterling Drive in Dover, NH were the best. Evidently their systems were up and down and I kept getting a cancellation text but decided to go directly to the store. Within 30 minutes I was in and out with a Pfizer Covid booster! Great job CVS techs and I’ll be forever grateful?❤️

My husband just got out of the hospital for surgery and the hospital staff sent in a prescription for test strips for diabetes which they just discovered he had . The pharmacy staff filled the wrong strips. When we tried to go back to have them rectify their error at 5:02pm, the pharmacist told us “we’re close we can’t help, come back tomorrow”. We tried explaining that we don’t have anything to help at home since it’s so new. They turned around and ignored us. Even the store staff member that was with us was shocked. Going back the next day, they made a sting saying it was our fault and had us wait another 2 hours before switching the strips. The pharmacy staff at this location is horrible to patients, have no manners, and refused to help someone whom they could see was about to vomit in front of them. They are a disgrace. We are changing pharmacy and will never go back to them.

These people are rude and incompetent. Many times Because their lack of communication and I believe pure laziness my prescriptions have been delayed by days. Certain agents talk down to you when you explain to them what the issue is and could not be bothered. I have been told that the issue is being resolved and calls made which has proven to be untrue. One agent deliberately gave me the wrong info and I was going to be responsible for a $284. prescription but I was able to go through the trash and find the receipt. She was disappointed she had to refund my money. I am checking with my insurance co. to see if I can transfer to Rite Aid or Walgreens.

Found many of them to be rude and gotten my prescriptions wrong on several occasions. When I tried making sure my prescription was right this time, I was argued with by one of the pharmacists.
