I personally have had no issues with them other than the Item I most recently rented broke.... but I have to say that the staff went up and beyond what I expected. Derrick came out to see the problem first hand then him and Missy came back out and fixed the issue with no questions adked.They both made sure the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. Now i also must say that the store manager herself Has also been a pleasure to do business with. All the staff I worked and spoken with are very polite and pleasure to work with and I will continue to do business with for a very long time to come.
