Friendly employees and fasts shipping buy BUYER BEWARE: When using the self-service shipping to ship packages, be sure to have the FedEx employee verify dimensions when dropped off. This will prevent unforeseen charge increases. I shipped a package last month using the online self-service options, entered dimensions (rounding up even) and weight, to receive a cost estimate of $22. Dropped off a FedEx location, who did not verify the dimensions and gave me a receipt showing the same estimated amount of $22. My card has since been charged $74 once the final cost was calculated based on the dimensions. Note to future shippers, have the FedEx store employee confirm the dimensions to provide the final cost to be charged, or better yet take into a USPS or UPS location for more accurate estimates. FedEx's self-service estimates are less than accurate, considering that even after entering the dimensions verbatim the final cost was $50+ more than the estimate provided (based on the dimensions). Customer service was very friendly, but not very helpful with regard to my complaint that their self-service option produces inaccurate estimates. It was not like the package was exceptionally bigger than the dimensions I entered, in fact it was a couple inches smaller. This was a huge shock to me and I want to warn others to expect less than accurate cost estimates. @FedEx be sure to have employees at drop off locations verify dimensions to provide final costs to avoid disappointing future customers.

Tried to send a returning package to another country. One of Workers at Fedex in Walmart Somersworth shout at me, “YOU NEED A COMERCIAL INVOICE PAPER. YOU NEED FILLOUT THE FORM!” I didnt know what she was talking about! Thats was a retuning package and a seller didnt offer anything. Between them, they have to work on the paper work and offer me to fill out the form. Fedex has the form! I dont have the form. She must not write the form or explain better. And then a worker who was a side, she said “if you dont fill out then a delivery man will say what is this? And then it wont be delivered.” So unprofessional and ghetto attitudes! IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK AT FEDEX THEN QUIT THE SERVICE JOB! STAY HOME AND PAINT YOUR NAILS!

The lady that that provided service to me was insulting. After requesting the preferred packages for a phone the topic was changed to printing a shipping label in-store. After I declined the offer, she tossed a random shipping package on the counter while I reliped if this was an appropriate one for a phone. She then, replied No, that is why you needed to tell me what you were shipping when I asked.

I am a reseller and frequently, at least once a week ship through this location. Every time, I am greeted with the warmest of welcomes and efficiency. They are quick, knowledgeable, kind, and funny. Stellar customer service. I always leave with a smile on my face and confident, knowing my package will make it to its destination.
