Your store has one employee in the drive up that is snarky n seems to enjoy Lording it over folks with attitude.I hope she is more pleasant toward her co workers than i experienced. I hope she was just having one bad day but iI have a feeling thats not the case. Except for her, your store gets 5 stars.

Friendly staff, clean and organized items, big fitting rooms. But the prices left me in shock. Double, triple the price I expected from Goodwill!! The center is full of brand new things that I’m sure are MORE than the asking price of their original stores. I got lucky with color of the week for a sweater but if not for that I would’ve sadly walked empty handed.

Prices are absolutely insane. I see many items that were priced above their new retail price, sometimes by 2-3x. And if you’re going to charge such insane prices you better provide bags and packing paper for your customers. I literally left with a ragged box (that I had to ask for) overflowing with glass items and no paper to wrap them in to prevent breakage. AND I had to pack the box myself while there was a line of people behind me and the cashier just stood there and watched me. Absolutely ridiculous.

Dollar tree tag on a item and they had $3 on the goodwill tag. That's so messed up

I've donated thousands of dollars of good items here. I called on the phone to verify they'd accept a TV and other items. On the website AND on the phone they stated they would accept what I have. I showup and they pick and choose with what to accept. Telling me they can't take the bigger items including a 32" LCD TV, TV stand, and a surround system all in working decent condition. Waste my time and money to donate items. Will never go here again or donate anything. They told me to go to the goodwill in portsmouth. Pathetic.

Staff are extremely friendly. Prices though are beyond insane. $6 for a local band CD? At that point I might as well search the band up myself to see if I can buy a copy from them still. Sigh. I miss Honeybee.

I always stop in to check it out but have been buying less the past year. The prices are getting crazy for donated items. I bought a pair of Rebox shorts at T.J. Maxx 1/2 mile from Goodwill. They were cheaper new than Goodwill. Still like the place just don't love it anymore.

Store ~employees~ are a delight every time I've gone in and they take excellent care of the store, but I must say the management isn't accommodating to people with disabilities. My son has a life threatening allergy to dogs and the management wouldn't even tell someone with an off leash pet dog to keep it on the leash when I asked and explained that it was an ADA accommodation. So if you're simply someone who doesn't like a cold nose in the derriere unexpectedly or a fear of dogs, you'll probably be told to kick rocks. Good luck, hope no one brings a biting dog when you're in store.

I always take a peek when I'm in the area. My granddaughter found some vintage pieces at a low cost and was thrilled. You never know what you will find.

Sometimes they can have things, but prices are getting rediculous. Prices aren't always great at Goodwill. They have become more focused on retail sales, and not donations and re-selling donated items. Goodwill was always focused on resale of donated things, and not ever-increasing high prices, but not anymore. Why is Goodwill selling brand new things and over-pricing them? Their business model needs to be overhauled and for the good of the community, not themselves and for lining their pockets with profits.
